The Unicom 6000 machining centre is ideally suited for vertical turning and multi-sided machining of complex components. This highly flexible and powerful machining centre for complete machining results from the continuous development of vertical machining centres over a period of more than 25 years.
The concept of Unicom 6000 is based on a moving table with integrated carousel turning station and an interface that can receive pallets of up to 2.500 mm in diameter. The table movement is designated as Y-axis and it runs underneath a traverse with cross slide and spindle carrier. The movements of cross slide and spindle carrier are designated as X-and Z-axis respectively.
Unicom 6000:
4-Axes complete machining centre with HSK100-A interface, carousel turning station and pallet changer. The machine can be equipped with a right angular head or a universal head, in combination with C-axis mode in the carousel turning station.
Unicom 6000-HV:
5-Axes complete machining centre with carousel turning station, pallet changer and HSK 63-A interface in the integrated Unisign Nutator NC machining head as 5th axis, in combination with C-axis mode in the carousel turning station. This configuration is capable of 5-axes machining of complex components.

DATRON M35
Versatility
The innovative construction of the newly developed CNC machining system M35 and efficient accessories are the basis for the specially high versatility in precise milling and drilling applications.
The CNC machine offers a working area of 1020 x 700 mm and can be configured with a high-frequency spindle with a rotational speed of up to 60,000 rpm.
The machining table has been cast with solid concrete polymer. The vertical clamping surface at the front for machining particularly high parts is a special feature of the M35 machine. A continuous table surface is option-
ally available. The machining system can be upgraded for using the DATRON module clamping techniques.

MDC-500 DETAILS
The MDC-500 Mill Drill Center from Haas is a state-of-the-art machining center that provides high-speed drilling and tapping, as well as full milling capabilities, in an affordable package designed to pump up a shop’s parts volume.
Speed and flexibility were the key design criteria for this innovative new machine. Dual fixture stations allow the operator to load and unload parts on one fixture while the machine mills, drills and taps parts on the other. Once machining is complete, a servo-powered, gear-drive indexer swaps the fixture stations in 4.7 seconds.
The MDC-500 has a generous work cube of 20" x 14" x 20" (xyz) and features a 7500-rpm, 40-taper spindle (10K and 15K spindles are optional). Powered by a 20-hp vector drive system, the spindle has plenty of torque for milling, as well as the speed necessary for high-speed machining operations. High-pitch ballscrews and high-torque servos on all axes provide rapids to 1000 ipm to reduce cycle times, and a side-mount tool changer (24+1 tools) swaps tools in just 2.2 seconds.
To keep plenty of coolant available for any machining operation, the MDC-500 features a 40-gallon coolant tank and a high-volume coolant pump. The user-friendly Haas CNC system provides seamless machine operation, and is easy to learn and operate. The Haas control features advanced tool management, single-button features, 15-inch color LCD monitor and a USB port.
Speed and power, combined with quick-change dual fixture stations, make the Haas MDC-500 Mill Drill Center the perfect solution for high-volume production runs in the shortest amount of time.
