Industrial CNC drilling, milling and engraving machine
DIASTAR 33OO/3400 are CNC controlled drilling, engraving and milling machines designed for laboratory and service industry applications. They are designed for continuous daily operation and can be expanded, thanks to their modular construction (i.e. no fear of obscolesence).
DIASTAR machines are suitable for the following maching procedures:
- Drilling PBC's (individual and stacked)
- Milling PBC's (isolation milling, panel cutting etc.)
- Milling aluminium parts, e.g. front plates (other metals, such as steel etc., can be machined in several working steps)

The floor type horizontal milling and boring machine VFD 1500/37 with movable headstock is distinguished by quality components and technical solutions that, together with a wide range of selectable parameters and functions, allow the user to achieve great performance level. The main feature of the machine is its great variability reached by means of the machine's modular design and the possibility of the use of peripheral tools and accessories.
Workpieces can be clamped onto an additional rotary table, clamping plates or the combination of both.
The machine's function is the heavy metal chip removal from large and heavy workpieces made of cast iron, cast steel and steel and it is suitable for q wide range of technological operations: milling, boring, powerful drilling, reaming and threading.
The standard machine comes with a HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530 control system, HEIDENHAIN linear scales and HEIDENHAIN and SIEMENS digital drives.

MX-RAM FLOOR TYPE BORING-MILLING MACHINE (LINEAR GUIDES)
- The MX 7 RAM utilizes the same design concept as the MX 7 milling center with the added benefit of a live boring spindle contained within the ram.
- The milling ram is captured on all sides within the headstock. Anti-friction material sliding on cast iron way surfaces and linear roller packs riding on hardened way surfaces are combined to give the ram superior vibration damping, rigidity and accuracy.
- Longitudinal ram and boring spindle growth is controlled through the use of a chiller system and temperature monitoring probes located throughout the ram/spindle assembly.
- Four linear guideways, two in the front and two at the rear of the column, capture the headstock within the column and provide the machine with enhanced rigidity and stability.
- The wide cast iron bed of the MX7 RAM provides an ultra-stable platform. Fitted with linear guideways, the bed structure allows accurate machining of large parts at rapid feed rates.

The FT45 model is a milling-boring machine with movable column, which is equipped with two independent units:

The machine structures are made of Italian Meehanite cast-iron and have been subject to a stress relieving treatment. The system utilizes modern electronical technologies so to ensure long lifetime, high reliability of the mechanical and electronical system and high accuracy features.
The MAF45 model has to be considered a universal machine due to its controlled axes, four of the linear and one of the rotary type, for the TG version. The capability of machining more or less complex workpieces reduces considerably the number of work setups and therefore the machine standstill.
Furthermore, there is the possibility to equip the machine with an automatic tool-changer and a pallet-changer. The wide range of special accessories increase the flexibility and versatility of the machine for all requirements of the customers. This makes the MAF45 machine ideal for every kind of operation.
