Eumarker is a simple, versatile and economical laser. The diode module can be replaced in a easy, quick and economical way. The long life of the diode allows to extend the Mean Time Between Restoring (MTBR) of the system and consequently a drastical reduction of the operation cost.
System integration of the Eumarker into a laser system is extremely simple.
The Rack power supply is equipped with all the hardware requirements needed to be easily interfaced with external components to build Class 1 system. The signals requested for marking are simply: one analog command of the power and the digital command pen up / pen down.
The high beam quality along with elevated peak power permits the Eumarker to be very aggressive on metals and, at the same time, limiting thermal effect on plastic marking. The 1064 nm wavelength is the most suitable to produce excellent marking results beyond steel and titanium but also aluminium and plastic. |

When it's a matter of flexible beam guidance, be it for cutting or welding, diode pumped, solid-state lasers, where the beam can be directed through an optical fiber, are the suitable beam sources. The portfolio is rounded off by a patented, modular system of optical fibers and optical-fiber components such as beam switches and power splitters, and by a wide range of processing lenses. Thanks to the almost loss-free transmission of the laser beam via optical fibers, combinations with automated systems and robots are possible. Fast beam switches allow the laser beam to be switched to different workstations, and thus used to their maximum efficiency.
The modular design and long life-time of all solid-state laser components ensure maximum reliability, and make the lasers extremely low in maintenance. A modern, Windows-based user interface ensures convenient operation by touch-screen. |

The new LCY range of CW & Q-switched CW lasers has been introduced to complement our comprehensive range of pulsed Nd:YAG lasers. Litron has employed the very latest in solid-state power, RF and digital control electronics in the design and manufacture of this new range.
Litron has developed a comprehensive RS232 & TTL interface which allows the lasers to be linked quickly and simply to 3rd party beam delivery systems. Our Q-switch control electronics feature a unique First Pulse Suppression (FPS) circuit with 2 independently controlled waveform modifiers. This allows consistent and reliable FPS to be configured by the system integrator / OEM in whichever mode and frequency range the laser will be operated. Including complete suppression of the first pulse when operating in CW and quasi-CW modes.
Arc lamp pumped lasers:
All the laser resonators use the established and proven rugged Invar industrial space frame optical rail. This optical rail imparts enormous rigidity to the resonator ensuring the long term stability of the laser output without the need for regular tuning or adjustments. The unique design of Litron’s close-coupled, diffuse ceramic, pumping chambers keep the laser rod and lamp cooled evenly and provides industry-leading levels of efficiency and pulse to pulse stability.
Diode pumped lasers:
Litron will introduce Diode Pumped Solid State (DPSS) lasers to the CW range during 2007. Please contact us if you have a specific requirement for DPSS lasers. |

At the heart of each Continuum laser system is a very high efficiency pump chamber to couple the flashlamp light into the Nd:YAG rod. Through the use of a diffuse reflector concept, Continuum is able to produce high gain with low heat buildup in the overall system. The result is superior beam quality and excellent passive beam pointing stability without the use of the costly active locking technology used by other companies. Continuum offers five laser platforms based on this technology:
- Powerlite: High power Nd:YAG laser systems
- Surelite: High performance Nd:YAG laser systems
- Inlite: Industrial Nd:YAG laser systems
- Minilite: Compact Nd:YAG laser systems
- Leopard: Picosecond Nd:YAG laser systems |

Rugged, invar stabilised, pulsed Nd:YAG lasers with high energy and high Performance for industrial and scientific applications.
The LPY600/700 series of pulsed Nd:YAG lasers have been designed to suit almost any industrial or research application in which a high-energy or high-specification Nd:YAG laser is required. Based around a fully self supporting Invar rail the LPY600/700 series exhibit both exceptional mechanical and thermal stability. A ‘no-compromise’ design approach is evidenced in the build quality, a parameter that sets these lasers well apart from any of their competitors.
The modular design of the laser head allows a wide variety of resonator configurations to be offered, from single rod oscillators to fully birefringence compensating twin-rod-oscillator, twin-rod-amplifier systems. Furthermore, a choice of stable, stable-telescopic or unstable Gaussian-coupled resonators is available, allowing the customer to specify a system that suits their requirements.
Energies of up to 3J and repetition rates of up to 200Hz are standard. Applications include Dye laser pumping, OPO pumping, Spectroscopy, LIBS, LIDAR, PIV and many more. |

In 2001, with industry showing ever greater interest in treating or preparing surfaces with switched solid-state lasers (deflashing, cleaning, deoxydation, marking, etc.), Quantel launched the Yasmin line of nanosecond-pulsed laser systems.
Since the materials to be treated are very diverse, Yasmin switched Nd:YAG lasers can emit in the infrared (1064 nm), visible (532 nm) or ultra-violet (355 nm) spectrum. Five models are currently available. |

Diode-pumped laser sources
for marking, cutting and trimming.
The high electro-optic conversion efficiency of the SagittaTM allows low electrical power consumption with a reduction footprint for the cooling element. This high efficiency also allows to reduce ageing of the diode laser for long life applications, which reduced replacement costs upon consumption of the diode after an average of 10,000 working hours without any maintenance interventions.
The laser resonator is designed specifically for marking, engraving and thin gauge cutting application by optimizing beam quality for higher processing power and speed.
SagittaTM is often required on precision marking components, surgical instruments, tools and ball bearings. Using 100 and 160 mm focal length objectives, SagittaTM is able to engrave metals with a very high material removal capacity. The high power density of laser beam combined with the high speed of the scanning head, allows fast, deep engraving on metals.
The beam quality resulting from Laservall’s design philosophy also makes SagittaTM High Power an interesting tool for precision cutting of thin metal sheet, including highly refl ective materials such as silver and gold. This can be achieved using the 100 mm focal lens directly, or a special Head to obtain very high power density in the spot. By using an appropriate gas cover, it is also possible to perform jobs on stainless steel and titanium materials with no oxidation. This High Power laser also meets demanding industrial applications in precise trimming on Indium Tin Oxide (ITO). |

|
A suite of dual cavity lasers designed specifically for PIV applications. Compact and rugged for indstry and research alike.
The construction of the Nano series of PIV laser systems is extremely robust. They have been developed as industrial tools that can be handled without worry of misalignment or damage. The PIV head is formed by an aluminium gauge-plate onto which two standard Nano-series heads are mounted. The output beams are combined by dielectric polarisers and then frequency doubled, and if desired can be frequency tripled, quadrupled or quintupled.
Many of the Nano PIV systems are powered by a single power supply unit, making the overall package both powerful and portable. There are two twin power supplies available, the LPU450-PIV and the LPU550-PIV, the latter allowing outputs of 200mJ at 532nm at 15Hz from each laser.
The laser system is controlled via a remote controller. All trigger and synchronisation signals are TTL compatible, and each laser is controllable entirely independently.
All Nano laser heads have a verified electronic intra-cavity safety shutter as standard, which ensures that the lasers cannot be started with the shutter open - an important safety feature. |
