The MV-13 Manual PFA Needle Valve is designed for high purity or aggressive chemical and gas applications. The design utilizes a molded high purity PFA body and stem as the only wetted components. The stem sealing area is precision machined for smooth, consistent flow. A PTFE ferrule assures a leak tight seal between stem and body. The VP300 is a multipurpose, poppet type pneumatic valve designed for dispensing low viscosity to mid-high viscosity materials, such as silicone dispensing, RTV dispensing, epoxy dispensing, rubber adhesive dispensing, grease dispensing and dispensing fluids with fillers.

The design of this double valve type is distinguished by two crossflow passages and special valve poppet and spool elements which provide the valve's unique flow characteristics. Two pressure switches are mounted on an adaptor and measure the pressure in the crossflow passages of the main valve. In normal operation the two valve elements move simultaneously and the pressure switches send a matched pair of signals to the control system. If there is a malfunction and the valve elements do not move simultaneously, the pressure switches send an unmatched pair of signals, the control system switches off the valve and prevents any further valve operation. Therefore, the two pressure switches, when correctly connected to the safety circuit, carry out a reliable monitoring function which is in full accordance with the requirements of EN 692.

Application
Regulating / hand expansion valves are regularly used at the evaporator in liquid circulation systems. Also these valves are used in liquid circulation systems before a vessel. Here they prevent high pressure fluctuation in the vessel when fluid stream into the vessel.
In order to function as a regulating valve, each NB size has a 'valve-cone' has a unique form. The shape of the cone and the percentage of opening of the valve determines the m3/h flow and/or pressure drop. Use the Revalco selection software to determine the correct valve.

Designed to meet the requirements of ANSI B16.33 1981, the Dresser® Style 175 GTO Gas Service Valve incorporates the same complementary sealing principles as the Style 175 meter curb valve, yet offers a rated working pressure to 175 psig. Each GTO valve is 100% factory-tested at high and low pressure while in a clear non-corrosive fluid.
Just as the Style 175 meter curb valve, the GTO is assembled at the factory and sealed against tampering by a spring loaded stainless steel retaining ring which cannot be removed with ordinary tools. It is tamper proof as specified in D.O.T. 192.363 Part C.
A plastic ring inserted between the retaining ring and bonnet, plus permanently lubricated port seals, assure low, uniform operating torque, preventing the plug from freezing to the body.

The NV-30 series is a precision adjustable flow control used in pneumatic and fluidic systems. Nickel plated brass construction provides excellent corrosion resistance, and a clean and bright appearance. Flow control needle has 7 to 8 turns of precision adjustment, and maximum flow approximately equal to a 0.025" orifice. Unique laminar flow design ensures sensitive, repeatable control. Perfect for use in application requiring precision gas metering, and circuit speed or sequencing control.

Gate Valves and Needle Valves
Speed and flow can be regulated by a sf gate valve (aside from any dependence on pressure differences or viscosity). This is carried out by means of the coned seal which can be raised or lowered by the spindle. The further the spindle is raised, the greater the passage and hence the flow.

The cryogenic valves with a bellows seal that is exposed to the medium and a backup packing are also suitable for cost-effective installation in horizontal pipelines. The valves are available with globe or angle bodies made of cold-resisting stainless steel or aluminum.

This type of valve is actuated by pressure acting on a piston or diaphragm. The fluid is usually neutral e.g. air, water, hydraulic oil. The pressure range varies and is specified accordingly in a data table.
"Normally Closed" (N/C) valves of this type remain closed under spring pressure, when de-activated.
"Normally Open" (N/O) valves of this type remain open under spring pressure, when de-activated.
When pressure is connected to port "Z" the valves open or close according to type.
A separate 3/2 pilot valve is used to supply pressure to port "Z", it is mounted either directly on the actuator or remotely.
In some cases a 4/2 or 5/2 pilot valve will be required. The main valve position can be N/C or N/O. The basic position is determined by connecting the pilot valve output lines accordingly. (The direction of flow is usually indicated by an arrow or shown schematically on the body).
