Superior to hydraulic or piezoelectric nozzles, Sprayvectors accelerate air-liquid interaction and produce defined spray patterns that can be widely diffused or highly directed. These unique nozzles introduce low pressure (0,14-1,4 Bar) liquids into large internal passages to eliminate clogging. Three models are available; Atomizing or Fogging styles deliver a dense, directable, high velocity spray for viscosities up to 1100 CPS, while the Humidifying model produces a very diffused, low velocity spray for viscosities up to 100 CPS. All styles feature a control knob for precise, fingertip adjustment of liquid flow rates. Water, chemicals, rust inhibitors, cleaners, solvents, preservatives, insecticides, lubricants and a wide diversity of other fluids can be dispensed.

Energy Saving Safety Nozzles from Meech can save up to 70% of compressed air demand whilst dramatically reducing noise levels. The innovative nozzle design forces compressed air through an adjustable circular slot and then directs it at high velocity over the outside of the nozzle cone. The design amplifies the output airflow by entraining the ambient air at a 25:1 ratio.

Jet nozzles are used for preference where the supply air from the diffuser has to travel a large distance to the occupied zone. This is the case in large rooms (halls, assembly rooms etc.), particularly when the distribution of air via ceiling diffusers is not possible or not practical. Here jet diffusers are arranged in the side wall areas. The direction of the air stream from the type DUK-V jet nozzle can be easily adjusted manually to suit particular on site conditions. Also the pivoting movement can be motorised within the range of ± 30°. The electric actuators for this can be externally or internally mounted.

CENTRIFUGAL PRESSURE NOZZLES
The most widespread pressure atomizer , where the energy for atomization is supplied exclusively by the feed liquid pressure. In this type nozzle the liquid enters the whirl chamber through a slot in the side of the chamber itself, follows a tangential path around the inner chamber profile, and is then fed to the outlet orifice at high speed. Nozzle orifice, whirl chamber and nozzle top plate are made out of tungsten carbide or other wear resistant materials, to avoid rapid wear and consequent performance degradation. Bodies are manufactured from high quality Aisi 316 stainless steel.
These nozzles are well suited for atomizing high viscosity liquids with viscosities values up to several hundred centipoises. They are successfully used in countercurrent spraydryers, and in systems using multiple nozzle lances. Capacities range up to several thousands of kgph for a single nozzle.

Nex Flow™ removes the confusion from air jets and nozzles. You do NOT need hundreds of different nozzles. All air amplifying nozzles produce air flows up to 25 times the compressed air consumed. Different nozzles have different outlet sizes and the more air used, the greater the force produced. Noise reduction u t 10 dBA is typil as well as reduced air consumption when compared to open jets and tubes.
The most important reason to use air nozzles or jets is safety All Nex Flow air nozzles and jets meet OSHA standard CFR 1910.242(b) for dead end pressure. Noise levels are dramatically lower with air nozzles and jets in addition to lower energy use.

Water jet cutting technology has asserted itself to an ever increasing degree against competing technologies. Highly wear resistant carbide nozzles are a major fact for the cutting result. The main areas of application are the automotive, packaging and aerospace industries, mechanical engineering and electronics.
Water jet cutting has a number of advantages:
- cutting takes place at room temperature (thermal stress is avoided)
- only one tool is used: the water jet
- no limits as to materials that can be cut: ranging from stone, composites, plastics, metals ... up to a thickness of 150 mm.
- a clean job: as opposed to thermal procedures, water jet cutting is emission-free

Air Jets are larger than nozzles and used when a wider area needs to be hit with the amplified air. They are significantly more efficient than nozzles although often use as much compressed air. Their best use is to replace pairs of nozzles that are used for part ejection or for blow-off applications that require greater force than that provided by air knives or air movers. Nozzles are for point use while air jets can fan out somewhat for better continuous blow-off when a row of them are made. Nex Flow air jets are all made adjustable with a lock ring to assure the security of any gap setting. They have a female 1/8" NPT and made lightweight with anodized aluminum.
From Left to right is the Mini Air Jet, then the High Force Air Jet then the High Flow Air Jet
Model 45001 - High Flow Air Jet and Model 45002 High Force Air Jet are physically the same size. The only difference is a larger exit opening for the amplified air flow. The high flow system is used more for cooling and light blow-off while the high force version is sued mainly for heavier blow-off applications.
Model 45003 - Mini Air Jet is the most compact air jet with high force, is adjustable and ideal for tight spaces. This is unique to Nex Flow and there is no equivalent competitive system.

According to occupational health and safety standards (in Germany), a sound level of 85dB(A) may only be exceeded in case of justifiable exceptions. Excessive noise presents a health hazard to workers as well as impairing communication and performance. Elring multi-channel nozzles serve to achieve a major reduction in sound levels.
Enhanded Effectiveness Using Pinpointed Blowing Power
Aerodynamically adapted air supply to the nozzle channels increases effectiveness, while the laminar air flow of Elring multi-channel nozzles also produces a strong effect beyond the delivery end of the nozzles. This results in a further efficiency increase as well as allowing conveyance of heavier production parts.
Benefits
- cost savings in work environments requiring noise protection
- cost savings through reduced consumption of compressed air
- enhanced performance through optimized compressed air delivery at the nozzles
- pinpointed blowing action through adjustable compressed air nozzles

In any dryer good mixing and efficient liquid-gas contact are of basic importance to assure rapid drying. The height of the dryer system is largely determined by the time required to dry the largest particle produced by the atomizer, while other important parameters are represented by the inlet-air temperature and the properties of the product being processed.
Spray drying has several advantages, the main one being the ability to handle heat-sensitive products such as food and pharmaceuticals. This is due to the fact that the drying process of a drop happens by loosing water on the external layers, and this keeps the inside material in the drop cool or at least protected against excessive heat.

This comprehensive range of tank washing devices have been developed for a number reasons. Primarily this is due to the quest for greater efficiency in all kinds of industrial procedures, but it is also the continuous requirement to assure a constant and higher quality level of product. Environmental considerations are also influential; the need to reduce energy use and the increasing costs involved in the disposal of effluents are also factors. Thus resulting in the need for a cleaning process that produces a totally satisfactory result and is completed using the lowest possible volume of cleaning solution; the right tank washing head can also be energy efficient.
Our range from the classic fixed head to the more sophisticated models has been developed to cope with the most demanding applications. The following basic concepts should be given proper consideration in order to determine the correct washing cycle for each single application, and consequently the most suitable type of tank cleaning device.
