The Humble Hydraulic H Series oils are quality anti-wear hydraulic oils designed to meet the requirements of most fluid power systems. They exhibit good anti-wear properties that help reduce the wear rates in gear, vane and piston pumps. They also possess a high level of resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation that helps control the formation of system deposits. The Humble Hydraulic H line also has good water separation properties, rust and corrosion prevention, and foam resistance. They are formulated with high quality base oils and a performance additive system.
Features and Benefits
The Humble Hydraulic H Series oils provide good anti-wear protection reducing wear in pumps and actuators in open or closed-loop systems. Their high resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation helps reduce the formation of deposits and varnish. The Humble Hydraulic H Series offers the following benefits:
Good anti-wear protection improves pump life
High resistance to oxidation eliminates deposit formation and improves oil life
Good water separation properties allow easy removal of water from systems reducing potential damage to system components

Mobil Gas Compressor Oil is a premium quality, high performance, synthetic gas compressor lubricant based on poly-alkylene glycol. It is primarily intended for use in gas compressors for hydrocarbon and chemical gases where the crankcases and bearings operate in a gas filled atmosphere. It is particularly suitable for marine service on vessels carrying liquefied gas cargoes. It also has application in general industry where problems with oil and gas solubility issues have resulted in less than satisfactory equipment performance. Compared with conventional mineral oil, Mobil Gas Compressor Oil has a lower gas solubility and consequently resists dilution and has improved viscosity control which results in additional protection against wear, improved efficiency and reduced foaming.
Features and Benefits
Mobil Gas Compressor Oil is a special purpose synthetic product developed to reduce the problems resulting from gas dissolving in the lubricant and causing problems with wear, sealing, increased maintenance and frequent oil changes.

Mobil Mist Lube Series are extra high performance oils designed for the oil-fog or mist-lubrication of machine components such as slideways, bearings, gears, chains etc. They are formulated from high quality, solvent refined base stocks and a unique additive system designed for optimum reclassifying properties. They have a high resistance to oxidation and good extreme pressure and anti-wear properties. The products have enhanced surface wetting capabilities and they reclassify (or agglomerate) readily from a mist to a liquid when the mist is subjected to extreme turbulence or is impinged onto a surface at high velocity. This allows a lubricating film to form on bearings and gears and prevents stray mist from escaping through narrow apertures into the atmosphere.
The four viscosity grades in the Mobil Mist Lube Series, ranging from ISO VG 32 to 460, allow the machine designer to choose the product most suitable for proper mist lubrication of machine elements. The heavier grades are used on ways, gears, and slow-speed, heavily loaded bearings, while the lower viscosity grades are used in high-speed bearings.

Molykote® Anti-Friction Coatings (A-F Coatings) are paint-like products. They contain, instead of a coloring pigment, submicron sized particles of solid lubricants dispersed through carefully selected resin blends and solvents. Important for the lubricating and corrosion protection properties are the choice of the right raw materials and the volume concentration of the lubricant content. In addition to greases and oils, or where possible, as replacement of those hydrodynamic lubricants, Molykote A-F Coatings form a lubricating film, which helps cover surface roughness and thus protects against surface to surface friction (e.g. metal to metal, plastic to metal, plastic to plastic) even under extreme loads. They are applied by conventional painting techniques: e.g. spraying, dipspinning or brushing.

No matter what your industry – Food and Beverage, Chemical, Industrial Assembly – we have the exact products and services to support your business. A lubricating grease is a semi-solid product of the dispersion of a thickening agent in a liquid lubricant. The lubricating grease operates by releasing the lubricating fluid from the thickening agent and provides a way to supply a lubricant where the use of oil is not practical.
Molykote® high performance greases are designed and tailored for use under extreme conditions like extreme pressure, harsh chemical environment, low and high temperatures and all speeds. Molykote greases are based on mineral oils or synthetic fluids including silicone oils. A number of Molykote greases contain special additives and/or solid lubricants like Molybdenium disulfide to provide effective lubrication

In any places where machines are running, lubricants are required.
The development of production technology has been leading to more and more complex and effective plants demanding the use of high-performance lubricants for guaranteeing a safe and continuous production. However, modern high-tech production facilities need more than a standard lubricant.
Setral high-performance lubricants lead to higher outputs and additionally ensure an enormous economic efficiency.
In practice this means:
* drastically reduced friction
* thus less wear
* extended lubrication intervals
* an extremely increased lifetime of plants and machineries
* thereby also bringing about environmental protection.
