System Features
Hydraulic oil even when new will have a certain level of particle
contamination, and is typically graded at ISO 17/13/14. When oil
is added to a system further contamination can occur. Whilst
under operating conditions air and moisture, as well as particles
from seals and hoses, can add to the contamination and
degradation of the oil. Fitting a Filtakleen filter will not only
reverse this process but it will clean your oil so thoroughly it will
be cleaner than when it was new!

- The hydro dry filter elements remove up to 80% of the free water present in the oil.
- Usable on RD, OF, PN and UOW filters.
- H2O retention capacity up to 2400 ml

These units are for use in reducing the rate of pollution of hydraulic fluids and maintaining the required level of cleanliness.
They offer an alternative to the replacement of used oil with new oil.
These motor-pumps are tailor-made to designs developed with the design offices of our industrial clients.
They are used for filtering the oil on installations which require regular servicing, avoiding the premature wearing of the components and therefore the number of breakdowns and production stoppages.
In partnershi with the development department of our customers we have designed three different flow capacity to cover any customer request : 500L/min; 2 000 L/min; 5 000L/min.
These units are perfectly adapted to very high viscous oil.
For intensive use
These pumps are fitted with :
· Aspiration strainer 125µ
· Filling-up indicator
· Cartridge-type discharge filter 25µ
· On-off switch
· Motor-pump unit
· OPTIONAL EXTRAS
· Pre-filter with magnetic bar
· Water retention filter
· Filtration level 10µ

Cylone unit F60
Areas of application
Removing sedimenting solids from liquids of low viscosity such as water and emulsions. Installation as independent cleaning unit on fine machining machine tools.
Function
Due to tangential streaming-in of the liquid, a primary swirl develops. The heavier particles in the liquid, due to centrifugal force, are pressed to the wall of the cyclone housing. Due to the tapering of the conical cyclone housing, a secondary swirl develops in the lower area which leads the cleaned coolant lubricant back in opposite direction. The dirt particles, together with a small amount of liquid (approx. 1.5 l/min), are removed through the underflow nozzle. The admission pressure must be approx. 2 bar.

These systems offer excellent residual-oil ratios. The improved recycling rate helps protect the natural environment while enabling more economical usage of coolant. The 300P offers all the features of model 300 plus an integrated swarf-intake hopper and crusher. This well-integrated, labor-saving system handles continuous swarf-intake, crushing, and de-oiling. The 300PW has all the features of the 300P but offers a greater swarf-intake capacity.

Air Oil Separators
Our full range of traditional wrapped and pleated media separators deliver high filtration efficiency and longer life, plus boast greater energy efficiency too.
|
|
Application
In the high pressure circuits of hydraulic and lubricating oil systems.
Performance features
Protection
against wear: By means of ultra-fine filter elements that meet even
the highest demands regarding cleanliness classes and
dirt-holding capacity.
Protection against
malfunction: By means of permanent filtration in the off-line circuits
excellent cleanliness classes can be achieved.
Special design features
Cover: The cover can be opened without special auxiliary tools.
Because of the cover design the filter element can be
changed almost without losing any oil.
Flow control valve: Over the flow control valve the FNS off-line filters are
connected directly to the high pressure pipe. The surplus
volume (e. g. in circuits with fixed displacement pumps)
from the high-pressure circuit is cleaned by the ultra
fine filter element.
Dirt
retention valve: Ensures that dirt accumulated in the filter is removed
together with the element. Settled dirt cannot return
into the system.

Off-line filtration is in many cases the only feasible principle to achieve the required system cleanliness in fluid power systems. Off-line or kidney loop filter units consist of a circulation pump coupled to an appropriately sized and selected oil filter. The oil is circulated through this external filter system independent from the existing or non existing flow in the main system.
The programme comprises small compact standard units as well as customised subsystems of variable sizes.
Off - Line filter BNF series
Interchangeable DIN filter elements
Low noise emissions
Easy installation
May also be used for filling and draining the reservoir
Compact dimensions and easy to install either on the tank top or side. DIN elements provide qualified system cleanliness.

BELL In-line Filters grant a high protection to the most delicate components of an oleodinamic system. Placed in the site under pressure, they keep the particles sucked or produced by the pump up to a size of 10 micron.
These filters are normally applied in addition to the standard filters in suction or release, as a last barrier of protection before the entrance in directional valves, flow regulating valves and all those components which require a high grade of absolute filtering.
The body is made in a treated aluminium alloy to obtain a minimum dimension and weight.
The filtering element, instead, is made in synthered bronze with a conic shape to resist to high pressure without collapsing.

The Abanaki Model 8 Oil Grabber is a dependable and effective means of removing oil from water and water-base solutions. Often, skimming by itself will reduce oil to an acceptable level of water purity. Depending on the characteristics of the liquid, it is possible for the Model 8 alone to reduce oil content to less than five parts per million in water. The unit can be used as a pretreatment before filtration, and in conjunction with coalescing systems.
The Model 8 utilizes a continuous belt and wiper to remove up to 40 gallons of oil per hour from the fluid surface. The belt, operating on a motor and pulley system, runs through contaminated liquid to pick up oil from the surface. After traveling over the head pulley, the belt passes through tandem wiper blades where oil is scraped off both sides of the belt and discharged.
Oil skimming makes use of the differences in specific gravity and surface tension between oil and water. These physical characteristics allow the belt to attract oil and other hydrocarbon liquids from the surface of the fluid. The Model 8 can be used in tanks with depths as shallow as one foot, or as deep as 100 feet.
Advantages
- A single unit elevates and separates oil
- Lifts oil any distance without the need of expensive pumps
- Maintains skimming efficiency with fluctuating fluid level
- Can be used in depths as shallow as one foot, or as deep as 100 feet
- Requires no tank modifications in most applications
- Operates in turbulent liquid using optional tail pulley cage and tether assembly
- Easy mounting and fast cleaning, with minimal maintenance

With over 3000 air/oil separator designs for compressors, Mikropor is one of the leading air/oil separator manufacturers in the world today.
The primary purpose of Mikropor air/oil separators in rotary screw and vane type air compressors is to separate oil from compressed air. Mikropor separators trap oil by allowing it to coalesce and drain down to a sump - while allowing compressed air to pass through. From the sump, oil will be removed by a scavenge line of some type and returned to the reservoir to be recompressed in a continuous cycle.
Mikropor separators are constructed of a depth loading media and have excellent oil removal capabilities that provide vital air/oil separation required in high-performing compressor systems. Mikropor separators have an oil removal rating of 1-2 ppm (parts per million) - so the oil loss in a compressor working with Mikropor air/oil separators is negligible.
Mikropor separators feature a unique Helix Tube Construction that provides added strength and collapse resistance.
In addition, some special Mikropor separators use fluted - not punched or perforated - steel. The flutes provide a diagonal air/oil flow and improve the coalescing performance of Mikropor separators over competitive products. This fluted steel design unique to Mikropor.
