APPLICATION:
The central lubrication system WS- E is used for automatic and metered lubrication of chains, joints, rollers, hinges, etc. This system is also suitable for application with oil wetting of integral parts (engine crankshaft).
FUNCTION:
After switching on the system, the chain lubrication aggregate starts and circulates oil without pressure via the opened solenoid valve and the opened restrictor. As soon as an impulse is initiated via the existing proximity switch (optoelectronic or inductive) by the chain, the solenoid
valve closes and the oil circulation is interrupted. The main line leaving the pump and the following metering elements ZE-E are admitted rapidly with pressure. The metering elements release the stored lubricant quantity with speed to the friction points via spray nozzles (in form of a directed drop). When the chain leaves the switching range of the proximity switch, the solenoid valve opens, the pressure in the main line decreases and oil is stored in metering element ZE-E for the next lubrication cycle. The above circulation recommences.

APPLICATION:
The type oil gear pump AD-L is ideally suited in single-line centralized lubrication systems. In these systems, lubricant is being delivered intermittently under pressure (pressurizing - and relief cycles) through the main feed lines towards the meter elements installed downflow and
from there through the lube lines to the points of application.
FUNCTION:
The oil lubricator basically consists of a gear pump with A.C. single-phase motor, the oil reservoir, the electronic control unit and a valve which ensures that the line is depressurized when the A.C. single-phase motor is switched off (relief cycle). An integral pressure relief valve is opened as soon as reaching a pressure of 2 MPa (20 bar) thus protecting the oil gear pump from damage in the event of an overpressure situation occuring. After relief the main line, the valve maintains a resudial pressure of approx. 0.08 MPa (0.8 bar) and thus prevents that the main line runs empty. The entire system is either time- or pulse controlled, at choice.

The automatic lubricator simalube provides all possible kinds of lubricating points with lubricant. 24 hours, day in, day out. Roller bearings which are not lubricated sufficiently or wrongly drop out long before they have reached their expected product life. simalube lubricators guarantee a consistent supply of lubricant in the pre-adjusted proportioning. Shutdown times are decreased and costs in comparison to time-consuming lubrication by hand are clearly reduced.
Within seconds simalube is fixed to the lubricating point. On commissioning, a gasproduction cell is activated which presses the lubricant on the lubrication point through the release of hydrogen gas. The lubricating amount can be steplessly adjusted by means of an Allen key.
Filled with oil, simalube is applied for the automatic lubrication of chains, open gears or guide rails for example.
simalube convinces through:
· Reliability

Features:
1. Squirts lubricant from nozzles - The lubricator squirts lubricant into conveyor wear areas.
2. Dispenses "all "lubricants - The lubricator squirts ISO 2 through ISO 100 lubricants.
3. Operates in either direction of conveyor travel - The lubricator operates in either conveyor travel direction so it can be installed with its "front" accessible where you want it on the conveyor.
4. Includes microprocessor controller with operator interface - The lubricator has an advanced microprocessor with programmable display screen to allow lubrication based on counting complete conveyor circuits.
5. Powered by compressed air - Compressed air is common in most industrial facilities and is the best source of energy for the reciprocating piston motions necessary to accurately measure and squirt lubricants.
6. Adjustable positive displacement dispensers - Because not all conveyor components require identical amounts of lubricant, the lubricator should have an adjustable positive displacement measuring dispenser for each lubrication point.

perma CWL-System
The perma CWL-kit is an automatic lubrication discharge system designed for the lubrication of wheel flanges on cranes. It consists of a perma STAR VARIO with a L250 LC-unit and a CWL Applicator Assy.
Inside the Applicator Assy, the special lubricant is transported to the spring loaded Applicator insert. The insert applies the lubricant to the wheel flange. Turning of the crane wheel will then transport the special lubricant from the lubricated wheel flange to the side of the sliding rail. This reduces the wear of the wheel flanges and extends the operating life-time of the crane.

The S 10 Oil Drop Dispenser consists of a 2-litre metal
tank whereas the S10 is a toughened 10-litre
plastic tank.
Both are mounted on a frame to be secured to the
machine. The oil reaches the upper per and lower rollers
either in measured drops or in a continuous flow at a
pressure of 0.5 bar. This is achieved by feeding
compressed air into the tank via a quick release coupling.
The flowcontrol valves allow the oil flow to the upper
and lower rollers to be controltrolled separately.

|
Information about the condition of the lubrication point (temperature and vibration) is stored and analyzed. When the pre-definded tolerance limit is exceeded, perma PRO TEC sends a signal to the lubricator. At the same time, it initiates additional discharge impulses.
|
|
perma STAR CONTROL IMPULSE immediately supplies the lubrication point with oil or grease and works precise and temperature independent. The unique feature of perma STAR CONTROL IMPULSE is its connection to machine-control which also turns it ON and OFF.
Therefore it is especially useful on equipment where lubrication is to take place only when the machine is in operation, and where a feedback signal to PLC is required.
