The XLE4 – eXtreme Low Energy Detector
eXtreme Low Energy measurement: this is what the XLE4 stands for. From nJ’s to mJ’s, the XLE4 offers accurate NIST measurements in all conditions. It is a nice complement to our series of QE energy detectors to read even lower energies.
Low Noise Level
The XLE4 low noise equivalent energy of 30 nJ with an amplifier or 150 nJ with a SOLO sets it apart from the competition. This pyroelectric detector thus extends in the nJ’s the measurement range of QE series joulemeters. Its high sensitivity of 1100 V/J makes it ideal for measurement in noisy laser environments.
kHz Repetition Rate
The metallic coating of the XLE4 makes it an excellent choice for pulsed lasers up to 2000 Hz. It can detect pulses of duration up to 5 µs. Moreover, it can be used with many different types of lasers due to its broad spectral range.

The UP12E family was designed for portability. It is an excellent choice for field service or small beam OEM applications. The low profile stand alone detector measures a few mW to 10 W and to 20 W with its heatsink. Water cooling takes it to 70 W of continuous power. That is great for embedding in machines and immunity from environmental fluctuations. Great performance in a package as little as 14 mm deep!

Dynasonics TFX Ultra ultrasonic flow and energy meter clamps onto the outside of pipes and do not contact the internal liquid. Available in stand alone flow meter or as an energy flow meter used in conjunction with dual clamp-on RTDs measuring energy usage. Available in integral and remote mount systems, both in a rugged, aluminum enclosure. Reduced material costs, installation time and maintenance costs make this the ideal flow meter for nearly all liquid applications.

The Heat Calculator Option of FLEXIM's non invasive FLUXUS ADM flow meter allows the easy determination of the energy flow in a system.
With temperature measurements made at the inlet and at the outlet of a system as well as flow measurement at the outlet , FLUXUS calculates the Heat Flow or energy usage within that system. All this is done with temperature and flow measurement devices mounted on the outside of a pipe.
FLUXUS will display the actual heat flow through the system, and if needed, totalize the heat flow in order to obtain the heat quantity.
The values can easily be transmitted to a PC for display and analysis. The data obtained can be used for energy flow balancing or it can be transmitted to a process control system.

The TK81 Tunable Filter/Vibration Meter is a low-cost, portable handheld instrument for basic vibration measurements. It can display vibration in both unfiltered (overall) and filtered modes. It accepts inputs from displacement, velocity, and acceleration transducers, but does not provide power for them.
Its filtering capability is particularly useful for diagnosing vibration problems occurring at particular frequencies on all types of machinery. The TK81 is powered by a single 9V transistor battery.

HFM 436 Lambda - Heat flow meter
With the HFM 436 Lambda, samples measuring 30 cm x 30 cm or 60 cm x 60 cm and of variable thicknesses ranging from a few millimeters to 10 (20) cm are tested between two heat flux sensors in fixed or adjustable temperature gradients. After a few minutes for the system to reach equilibrium, the built-in PC or external computer determines the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance of the sample.
Automatic plate movement and determination of the sample thickness simplify test preparation.
All test parameters as well as the calibration data are stored in the PC and documented.
Determination of thermal conductivity with the HFM 436 Lambda meets the industry standards ASTM C 518, ISO 8301, JIS A 1412, DIN EN 12939, DIN EN 13163 and DIN EN 12667.

200136 Seal-Leak Detection (SLD) Transducer
The 200136 SLD transducer incorporates highly reliable proximity probe technology observing a moving diaphragm to detect static pressure changes on the non-pressurized end of single or double seals or between tandem or dual seals. Changes in pressure indicate failing seals. The transducer is specifically designed for use with our 200135 TIM as part of a Trendmaster® Pro system for continuous monitoring of process pumps handling toxic or flammable materials in the chemical and hydrocarbon processing industries
