The DTS 500 positioning system complements the operation of Instrument Systems spectrometers by providing a route to full automation of measurements. The positioning system is in particular suitable for determining viewing angle dependent properties and spatial homogeneity of display, panel graphics and LED lamp modules. The DTS 500 saves valuable time by eliminating manual alignment and guarantees more exact results with improved reproducibility. Operation of the entire 5-axis system is fully integrated into the SpecWin Pro software. Measurement results can be viewed as luminance and contrast distributions in Cartesian or spherical coordinates with ISO contours lines. Data can additionally be exported in table format to Excel.

CA-100Plus has higher speed, higher performance, and lower cost than its predecessor, the CA-100, which has been a standard of the CRT manufacturing industry since 1990.
Engineered for both bench top and production floor use, and fully compatible with data from the earlier CA-100 model, the new Minolta CA-100Plus CRT Color Analyzer provides higher speed (maximum 20 times/second), as well as Luminance and Chromaticity measurements with a new low luminance capability to 0.05cd/m2, making it suitable for measurement of gamma characteristic and contrast adjustment. The CA-100Plus is equipped with 100 memory channels. Up to 5 sensing probes can be used for simultaneous multiple point measurement. A USB interface connects the CA-100Plus to a computer, and the NEW Software Development Kit makes it easy to use Visual Basic or Visual C to automate measurement and adjustment factors.

The QPM Family
Gentec-EO’s QPM Series is a fully automatic laser power probe that calculates laser power by measuring temperature dynamics using a microprocessor. Its measurement and acquisition technique determines the time needed to carry out a measurement. Data acquisition is triggered and stopped by detecting set heat parameter thresholds. This technique is virtually error free and allows for multiple measurements without absorber forced cooling.
Power Range

The OMM-6810B is the only power meter capable of measuring the optical power and wavelength of semiconductor lasers including short wavelength lasers, high power pumps, and fiber lasers. OAI's Model 306 UV Power Meter is a highly reliable direct reading Instrument designed expressly for measuring light intensity at the wafer plane of mask aligners, UV curing light sources, and any other UV light source.
