ANGULAR PULSE CONVERTER
The APC (Angular Pulse
Converter) generates the
synchronization signals that are
typically found on the different
components of a motor.
It also provides the necessary
signals for the measurement
devices of an injection test bench
(EFS8244, EFS8246…).
APC
ADVANTAGES
• Wide range of generated signals
• Fully programmable output signals
• Digital phase loop allowing an extended range of the conversion ratio
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS
OPERATING PRINCIPLE
From external angular encoder signals (or from its internal clock), the APC generates
synchronization signals according to user parameters.
• Digital phase loop on the input converter
• Programmable divisions of the input signal frequency
• Generation of motor synchronization signals: crank, cam ...
• Emulation of incremental converter signals
• Independent mode for the internal clock
SOFTWARE
winAPC is the configuration software for the APC module. This
software runs under Windows98, Windows2000, WindowsXP
and uses an RS232 connection.
KRAL Volumeter® for research and production test stands. Laboratory measurement precision is achieved despite fast flow changes and fluid oscillations.
The ideal conditions at the Bureaus of Standards however show the potential of KRAL precision. The screw spindle-metering from the KRAL Volumeter is on one hand very robust and handles the oscillation from pressure waves. On the other hand, the spindles are very quick and can follow fast changes of the flow velocity. Optional pressure pulse compensation is available that detects transient fluid waves.
Please consider that we are a manufacturer of high quality displacement pumps and flowmeters for liquids. The products (pumps with magnetic couplings, high pressure flowmeters and flowmeters – chemically resistant) mentioned on this portal are only part of our product range. Please find more detailed information on our website or directly from us.

When train speeds are high, there are two crucial requirements: safety and minimal wear. Only perfectly maintained bogies ensure that these demands are met. This is where the most recent Schenck development comes into play: the first test bed using spindle technology.
With MULTIRAIL® BogieLoad, Schenck is banking on safety through all around inspection. Electromechanically designed, the bogie test bed inspects the bogie using the so called spindle technology developed by Schenck. This novel feature increases repeatability and accuracy whilst reducing the maintenance expenditure.
The novel test bed technology of SCHENCK is used for the inspection of high speed train bogies. BogieLoad measures and acquires the wheel load distribution with the use of weighbeams. Geometrical data e.g. axis parallelism, are among the additional measuring parameters.
Typical application: bogies of high speed trains ICE 1, ICE 2, ICE 3, ET 420, ET 426.
