The Aeroflex 7100 LTE Digital Radio Test Set provides all the tools required during the design, development and test stages of UE chip sets and terminals meeting the new Rel-8 standards. All the key measurements are provided for characterizing the performance of LTE mobile devices, both at the radio interface and throughout the protocol stack, including the PCDP and IMS layers. The GTX22x0 family of universal time interval counters provides all the features of stand-alone counters in PXI form factor. There are three versions of the PXI counters, GTX2210, GTX2220 and GTX2230. The GTX2210 support frequency range up to 225MHz, the GTX2220 to 1.3GHz and the GTX2230 covers frequencies up to 2GHz.
The GTX22x0 series counters have two signal input channels via BNC connectors, an external timebase, arm input, and a gate signal output. The separate input signals can be used for Arming and Gating the circuitry, and controlling the timing of the analysis (start/stop duration) for more meaningful measurements.
The GTX22x0 series counters are universal in that they provide many measurement functions of other frequency counters, including frequency, period, and time interval. The GTX22x0 series also have event counting and timing functions over a single channel, such as totalize and ratio between channels.

QT1100 can functionally test any device working at 5V in in-circuit as well as out-circuit using library defined test patterns. The Visual WorkStation (VWS) mode allows interactive testing of individual devices, as well as wholeboard test. The Device Under Test (DUT) is tested under actual in-circuit conditions, that are available on the board. QT1100 uses the back-driving or node-forcing technique to functionally test devices in-circuit. The back-driving current is limited to 220 mA and back-driving time is limited to 65 m.secs. to comply with the International Defence Standards 00-53/1.
