For more than 20 years, this bit has been the favorite choice of Australian drillers. Its soft and medium hardness matrix makes it ideal for most types of drilling. The P200 offers a great balance between efficient drilling and life span. This bit delivers better productivity and a greater rate of return from drill sites.

RHINO reaming shells sold at Fordia are manufactured with high-quality diamonds set into a high-strenght matrix, therby providing an excellent lifetime. The diamond-coated sections of the tool are cast directly onto the matrix and the reinforcement of the tool ensures maximum performance as the shell will maintain a full gauge hole in all types of ground.

Metal ores are mainly produced and exist in formation and fracture band of rocks, mostly hard, brittle and broken rocks which are very abrasive. With good diameter keeping ability and abrasion resistant bond, our diamond impregnated drill bits drill fast and last long. The newly developed wire line bits are excellent for drilling holes deeper than 800 metres. Most drill bits are produced with hot press sintering, the bond hardness is HRC26-45

DIA-Tools for the Highest Precision
By working requirements and construction possiblilities, DIA-tools are made in the bonded form (e.g. cutters, saw-blades, drill and surface cutters or with substitute cutting edges e.g. cutting heads or cutting tools).
Also all known tool forms can be produced with polycrystalline diamond cutters. The cutting geometry of the DIA-tools (e.g. hook, cutting angle and back angle) are specially made to suit the materials to be cut.

The Lynx LCC30 Concrete Chain Saw is used for fast cutting of concrete, reinforced concrete, conduit, brick and other masonry. Plunge cutting and square corner cutting is not a problem.
The LCC31 Concrete Chain Saw is used for heavy duty cutting applications involving concrete, reinforced concrete, brick and other masonry products, and stone. Plunge cutting and square cutting are not a problem.

Though it's referred to as standard chain, it's anything but. Our Standard Series chains, built to ANSI B29.1 standards, are manufactured to very specific requirements. The only thing standard about our chains are their ability to fit many standard applications. From industry to agriculture, our Standard Series chains are designed to last longer than any other manufacturer's roller chain.
Heavy Series chains, also built in accordance with ANSI B29.1, are designed using link plate material from the next larger size chain. Heavy Series chains are not necessarily stronger than Standard Series chains, but the thicker link plate material provides an increase in fatigue resistance for those drives subjected to heavy shock loads, multiple stops/starts or reversing.

RING LEADER® O-ring Chain
Diamond%u2019s Ring Leader O-ring chain is specifically designed for applications that don%u2019t permit regular lubrication, requiring the chain to depend entirely upon initial factory lubrication throughout its service life. Depending upon the specific conditions, Ring Leader can provide up to ten times the wear life of standard chain. Industry can introduce contaminants that damage standard chain. Build up on the chain can clog the openings on standard roller chain where lubrication enters the pin/bushing area and these contaminants can even get inside the chain, actually damaging the surface of pins and bushings. Ring Leader O-ring chain is constructed with O-rings that seal a specially formulated lubricant into every joint.

Stainless Steel Chain
Diamond produces a wide range of Single-Pitch Drive and Double-Pitch Conveyor chains manufactured in four combinations of stainless steel depending upon the specific application. AP Stainless Chain: This chain is assembled using 300 Series (austenitic stainless) link plates, bushings and rollers along with a precipitation-hardened stainless steel pin. This combination increases the wear life of this chain over those constructed entirely of 300 Series components. AP Stainless chains are well suited for food processing, and are approved by the Food and Drug Administration.
