The medium range compressors of JAB do not pretend to be sophisticated low-pressure compressors, but individual devices that have been developed with the knowledge we gained during the construction of our compressors with a performance up to 350 Bar.
The main characteristics of these machines are oil pressure lubrication, oil pressure control, oil pressure monitoring, shut down in case of lack of oil, oil and water separation with automatic discharge and condensate separation as well as very low noise emitting values.

The model HIHPG3-20147 Package is a two-stage unit that
can boost 100 PSI Shop Air up to 4500 PSI and also be
powered by shop air. The advantage is no dependence on
nitrogen cylinders. Disadvantages are considerably slower
fill speeds (Even with a 10 H.P. air compressor), and the need
to Chemically Dry the air to -50°f dewpoint or better before
being boosted. |

| Isotherm compressors are single-shaft centrifugal compressors with integrated cooling. They are suitable for process air with minimal energy consumption. |

To compensate for the pressure loss that occurs when natural gas is transported long distances in pipelines, pipeline compressors are used to recompress the gas to its original line pressure. In extensively branched pipeline networks in particular, there is a need to vary the amounts of gas transported and the pressure conditions considerably at the compressor stations. This in turn makes high demands on the flexibility of the compressors, which should exhibit a high level of efficiency over a wide range of performance characteristics.

These directional seated valves use spring loaded balls as valve elements and therefore do not show any leakage. They are manifold mounting and are available with various actuations which always act on an angled lever pushing the valve element in the desired switching position.
The basic versions are designed as 2/2- and 3/2-way directional valves. 3/3- , 4/3-way functions are possible, if two valves are housed in one valve body, whereas 4/2-way functions require an additional intermediate plate. The enforced versions G39, G49, G..-22 are intended for pulsating, permanent load with frequent switching operations in the high pressure range.
These valves may be directly installed in pipe systems, when equipped with subplates enabling pipe connection. Many optional functions can be incorporated in these sub-plates e.g. pressure limiting valve or restrictor check valve for widen the field of application for this valve type. Valve banks of these valves are also available featuring several valves
connected in parallel (see type VB).

The Series G Metering Pump is designed for high output applications. The drive incorporates a variable eccentic design which ensures smooth output and reduces system shock. The mechanically actuated diaphragm reduces the possibility of hydraulic oil contamination of process liquid which makes this an ideal pump for water treatment applications. | Maintaining the same size footprint of previous models, the sleek new pump offers a number of product enhancements to provide longer life and product convenience, while the physical design signifies supreme quality. The newly redesigned housing improves the drive’s heat transfer properties, as it generates heat farther away from the electronic components to maintain the long-term integrity of the PC Board. Electrical connector attachments have been repositioned to the front of the pump for easy access. With a new clear cover the face of the pump is shielded from exposure to corrosive substances yet lifts easily for convenient access, allowing operators to view dial settings for fine-tuning output.
