The model HIHPG3-20147 Package is a two-stage unit that
can boost 100 PSI Shop Air up to 4500 PSI and also be
powered by shop air. The advantage is no dependence on
nitrogen cylinders. Disadvantages are considerably slower
fill speeds (Even with a 10 H.P. air compressor), and the need
to Chemically Dry the air to -50°f dewpoint or better before
being boosted.

The medium range compressors of JAB do not pretend to be sophisticated low-pressure compressors, but individual devices that have been developed with the knowledge we gained during the construction of our compressors with a performance up to 350 Bar.
The main characteristics of these machines are oil pressure lubrication, oil pressure control, oil pressure monitoring, shut down in case of lack of oil, oil and water separation with automatic discharge and condensate separation as well as very low noise emitting values.

The oilless booster compressors from HAUG Kompressoren AG compress technical gases such as air, nitrogen, oxygen, natural gas with suction pressures between 1 – 10 bar(g) up to maximum discharge pressures of 30 bar (oxygen) and 60 – 100 bar (other gases) depending on the type of gas and customer’s requests. Also the recovery of toxic or rare gases is possible (CO, Ar, He, Xe). Centrifugal Compressor

The casing design determines whether the compressors are categorised as horizontally or vertically split, each type having different attributes and application limits. Isotherm Compressor (Type RIK)
Isotherm compressors are single-shaft centrifugal compressors with integrated cooling. They are suitable for process air with minimal energy consumption. Over 1,000 systems have been produced, installed and commissioned to date.
Isotherm compressors are characterised by:

DYNAMIC series
Power class: 65-370 kWOil-free compressed air at the best possible cost-benefit ratio! The DYNAMIC series offers an oil-free, two-stage turbocompressor series in the power output range of 65 to 370 kW with volumetric flow rates of between 9.7 and 65.5 m³/min and 9-bar final compressing pressure.
The DYNAMIC series is particularly suitable for applications in the medium to large industry sector, for example petrochemicals, refineries, the steel and automotive industries. In other words, wherever an even and extemely reliable compressed air supply is required; and particularly economical to boot!

Pipeline Compressor
To compensate for the pressure loss that occurs when natural gas is transported long distances in pipelines, pipeline compressors are used to recompress the gas to its original line pressure. In extensively branched pipeline networks in particular, there is a need to vary the amounts of gas transported and the pressure conditions considerably at the compressor stations. This in turn makes high demands on the flexibility of the compressors, which should exhibit a high level of efficiency over a wide range of performance characteristics.
Pipeline compressors are also used in gas collection and gas processing plants as export compressors. The majority of compressors at the stations are driven by gas turbines. However, electric drive motors are being used increasingly as an alternative to turbines.
For these applications, MAN Turbo offers Types RV and Types RM pipeline compressors fully assembled on the base frame.

A Wide variety of users rely on CompAir C Series compressors when there is a demand for portable compressed air. Pressures range, depending on the model, from 7 to 14 Bar (101 to 204 psi). The smallest is the C14, a compact manually transportable Honda petrol engined screw compressor to load into a van. This provides 1.4 m3/min. of air at a rated pressure of 7 bar g. Next is the C20 portable, powered by a Kubota D1105 water cooled diesel, and providing 2m3/min. of air at 7 bar g.
If more air is required for extra hand tools or to power a pneumatic pump to drain a trench, chose the C25 powered by the Kubota D1105 and offering 2.5 m3/min. at 7 bar g. Versatility of the single tooler range is increased by provision of generator models for site lighting, electrical tools or fusion welding of polyethylene service pipe.
The C20GS - includes an electrical generator which can be run at the same time as the compressor providing air at 2.0 m3/min, the C30 is powered by the same Kubota V 1505 engine as the C20GS and provides air at 3.0 m3/min

GEAR series
The new power packs for extensive compressed air requirementsPower class: 30 – 500 kW The gear-driven plants of the GEAR series enable ALMIG to offer a new generation of screw compressors for extensive air requirements. Delivery quantities of between 3.58 and 71.15 m³/min at max. operating pressures of 8, 10 and 13 bars.
With drive outputs of 30-500 kW the plants are available in an air-cooled (30-250 kW) and a water-cooled version (30-500 kW).
The easy-to-maintain and service drive concept with a robust drive motor with generous power reserves, easy-to-maintain and service gear and novel flexible gear drives with replaceable working elements protect the drive, work with minimum slip but with high operational reliabilityand virtually without loss (efficiency >98%).
