A jet compressor is a type of ejector which utilizes a jet of high-pressure gas as an operating medium to entrain a low-pressure gas, mix the two, and discharge at an intermediate pressure. Gases can be steam, air, propane or others. When both motive and suction gases are steam, the compressor is generally referred to as a “thermocompressor”.

The model HIHPG3-20147 Package is a two-stage unit that
can boost 100 PSI Shop Air up to 4500 PSI and also be
powered by shop air. The advantage is no dependence on
nitrogen cylinders. Disadvantages are considerably slower
fill speeds (Even with a 10 H.P. air compressor suppliers), and the need
to Chemically Dry the air to -50°f dewpoint or better before
being boosted. |

CNG Series
Single Tower Natural Gas Professional dryers
CNG Series adsorbers are single tower dryers designed to remove water vapor from Compressed Natural Gas in small to medium gas flow rates. Located at the inlet of the booster compression train, our unique binderless molecular sieve insures dry, pipeline quality gas (-80°F dew point or better) with minimal odorant fading.
Mobile, stationary and contracted regeneration packages available.
Single tower adsorption towers are an economical alternative to twin tower drying systems in CNG vehicular fueling stations which see intermittent or small gas flow rates (up to 300 scfm).
Down-flow design minimizes fluidization of the adsorbent insuring maximum life.
