Compressors
With thousands of compressors in service around the world, Elliott is a leader in gas compression, delivering state-of-the-art performance in a diverse range of industries including petroleum refining, petrochemical processing, cryogenic refrigeration (LNG), oil and gas production, gas compression and other industrial processes.
Elliott’s position on the cutting edge of compressor technology includes a number of engineering firsts. We pioneered high-pressure casing technology, the development of fabricated casings and improved impeller welding techniques. Elliott was among the first to utilize magnetic bearings in critical service centrifugal compressors.
Today Elliott compressors incorporate proprietary EDGE technology with advances in aerodynamics, rotor dynamics, computerized equipment selection, process simulation, and metallurgy, as well as totally engineered oil consoles that supply lubrication to the rotating equipment. We understand that change is essential in achieving and maintaining a competitive edge, and together with our customers and suppliers,we continue to innovate, improve and expand our extensive portfolio of products and services.
Elliott’s full line of centrifugal and axial compressors are available in a wide range of configurations to meet mechanical considerations and process demands. Common configurations include straight-through flow, double flow, side streams, iso-cooling, and back-to-back.

The Hydratron range of Air Operated Gas Booster Pumps are designed to boost bottled gases such as air, nitrogen, helium, hydrogen or methane upto higher pressures. They can be used for pressure testing or for pre-charging accumulators and down hole tools. Being air operated they are inherently safe and can be used in fire hazardous areas.
The output pressure and flow generated by these versatile pumps can be infinitely varied by simply adjusting the air drive pressure and flow rate.
Boosters can either be supplied individually or mounted within metal frames in a Power Pack form, complete with all air controls, inlet gas filter, output pressure gauge and pressure release valve.
Options include pressure isolation valves, onboard pressure recorders and wheels to provide mobility.

The model HIHPG3-20147 Package is a two-stage unit that
can boost 100 PSI Shop Air up to 4500 PSI and also be
powered by shop air. The advantage is no dependence on
nitrogen cylinders. Disadvantages are considerably slower
fill speeds (Even with a 10 H.P. air compressor), and the need
to Chemically Dry the air to -50°f dewpoint or better before
being boosted.

Haskel International Air and Hydraulic Driven Gas Boosters provide for pressures up to 39,000 psi (2690 bar). Used for virtually all known gases, these boosters are ideal for increasing gas pressure, transferring high pressure gas, charging cylinders and scavenging. Key features include:
Air driven - no electric required
No airline lubricator required
Hydrocarbon free - separation between air and gas sections
Pressures to 39,000 psi (2690 bar)
Wide range of models
Built-in-cooling on most models
Standard and custom systems available

HII's Electric Driven Booster package is ideal for filling or topping off low-pressure and high-pressure bottles. Its two-stage and double acting design uses NO Belts or Pulleys, making it the quietest Electric Driven Booster in its class; only 60 dBA. Air cooled thru its gas barrels inside cooling sleeves reducing the heat of compression for long seal life.

Air-cooled booster-compressor with 1 stage and 2 or 3 cylinders. Many of the basic parts for example piston, cylinder and valves are used in our well known 40 bar compresors. This machine is designed for a minimum of maintenance. The main-usage for this booster is to blow PET-bottles in combination with a screw compressor. The results of a combination like this are competitive prices and max. profit.

The oilless booster compressors from HAUG Kompressoren AG compress technical gases such as air, nitrogen, oxygen, natural gas with suction pressures between 1 – 10 bar(g) up to maximum discharge pressures of 30 bar (oxygen) and 60 – 100 bar (other gases) depending on the type of gas and customer’s requests. Also the recovery of toxic or rare gases is possible (CO, Ar, He, Xe). The picture shows a HAUG booster double compressor installation type QTO, 4 cylinders, air-cooled (3000 x 2085 x 1850 mm, approx. 1500 kg)
