Analyze Up To 2 Samples A Minute
Today, there are numerous requirements for the analysis of oil based materials. Some of the more frequently employed include: the measurement of wear metals in lubricating oils, the measurement of additive packages in lubricating oils and the measurement of the elemental content of edible oils. Although the specific requirements of each of these analysis are quite different, the analytical approach used is very similar.
Typically, laboratories interested in measuring the elemental constituents of edible oils have fairly conservative sample analysis requirements; perhaps only 10 to 100 samples per day. Most of these labs chose the Profile Plus Oil Analyzer for this application.
Laboratories for which the primary application is the analysis of wear metals often have extreme sample throughput demands; often in excess of 1,000 samples per day. High throughput wear metals labs typically chose one of our simultaneous oil analyzers, such as the Profile HT or Prodigy HT for this task. A system like the Profile HT is capable of analyzing in excess of 2 samples per minute.

Leakwise Oil on Water Monitor
Leakwise Oil on Water MonitorLeakwise Oil-on-Water Monitoring and Detection Systems from GE Analytical Instruments provide early, reliable, low maintenance warning of hydrocarbon leaks and spills 24/7 without false alarms. A Leakwise system consists of a wire or wireless signal processor and one of more sensors, depending on the application.
Leakwise oil detection sensors use high frequency electromagnetic energy absorption floating sensors, which enable reliable monitoring of hydrocarbon on water regardless of dirt or oil coating of the sensor or change in water level or water salinity. Advantages include:
%u2022 Provides reliable coverage 24/7 with no false alarms
%u2022 Operates virtually maintenance free for years
%u2022 Detects oil layer thickness (as little as 0.3 mm)
%u2022 Offers an affordable solution for oil leak detection
Applications include oil leak monitoring at refineries, petrochemical plants, pipelines, gas stations, power plants, underground transmission, remote substations, transformer switchyards, marine ports, airports, steel and aluminum manufacturing plants, offshore rigs, groundwater and stormwater runoff, wastewater treatment plants and more.
Leakwise is also an ideal tool for strengthening Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans, as required by the USEPA.

Oleotrol is an automatic alarm system for water streams which operates continuously so as to prevent damages from oil leaks. It uses a physical property-light reflection from a film of oil on the water surface - to signal small amounts of oil in water streams which are normally oil-free.

The strong point of the threephase model OIL 440 is that it can separate the vacuumed swarf and liquid and return the filtered liquid to the machine tool where it can be used again.
The machine is equipped with an ejection pump , so the liquid can be expelled during the vacuuming operations, in this way using the vacuum is fast and efficient ("E" version) in the same time.

Thanks to the 40-years of experience in this specific industry, RIBO designs and manufactures reliable and robust industrial vacuum cleaners, partcularly fit for all the cleaning and maintenace operations of metal working/cutting machines.
In fact, RIBO industrial vacuum cleaners can vacuum solid and liquid materials, also simultaneously, allowing to pre-separate materials inside the container, in order to facilitate wasting/recovering operations of vacuumed materials.
Reaffirming the well-established characteristics of QUALITY, RELIABILITY and ROBUSTNESS, RIBO gives to its machines 3 YEARS WARRANTY for single-phase machines and 5 YEARS WARRANTY for three-phase machines.

Application
Diaphragm pumps of the NT-series are oilfree dry running pumps for the generation of vacuum as well as the delivery and evacuation of gases and vapours. In chemical laboratories they are the more powerfull and modern alternative to water jet pumps, because they are more friendly to the environment at minimized operation and maintenance costs. Typical applications: on vacuum drying chambers, for distillation, drying, and vacuum filtering but also as backing pump for turbo-molecular pumps, gas transfer and the like. The pumps produce little noise and vibrations and are therefore ideal for installation in sensitive devices (e.g. chemical analysis).
Advantages
There are one-, two- three- and four-stage pumps available. The vacuum performance has been increased considerably, which expands the application field for both laboratory and industrial use. The one-stage pumps are designed for an ultimate vacuum of 70 mbar, the two-stage pumps for 7 mbar, the three-stage pumps for down to 1 mbar and the four-stage pumps for 0.5 mbar. International Protection code for all NT models is IP 42 (except those with switchable dual-voltage motors). The NT pumps are designed very compact and are exceptionally quiet and smooth-running. Smooth housing surfaces (except for the two-cylinder aluminium version) make the NT diaphragm pumps easy to clean. On the whole the pumps work almost maintenance-free. All models have easily changeable valves and diaphragms.

VANTAGE
DC fuel transfer pumps
The all new DC pump for plant equipment featuring new innovations in design and compact in size, incorporating a new level of pump intelligence allowing the pump to monitor its own activity and performance.
Studies have shown that, in the majority of cases, fuel-transfer pumps break down because of improper handling by users, including excessive or extreme use, accidental start-ups, or simple carelessness, that can leave the pump running for hours on end. Breakdowns translate into loss of time and money while waiting for the pump to be repaired. These difficulties are overcome with VANTAGE. Thanks to new, internationally patented technology, VANTAGE automatically prevents situations from becoming critical.
