For quarrying and in-pit crushing applications, Metso Minerals offers a wide range of proven products. With the Lokotrack mobile crushing plants, you can build a fully mobile and independent mobile process with two, three or even four different crushing and screenins stages.
The proven Lokotrack series features an extensive range of track-mounted crushing plants designed for quarrying and in-pit crushing applications. The plants are built around robust, high capacity crushers, feeders and screens, enabling them to process practically any rock or ore.
Replacing the conventional dump truck fleet with a Lokotrack LT series primary crushing plant followed by a belt conveying system, or with a complete mobile in-pit crushing plant, brings significant savings in production costs. It also significantly reduces the load on the environment.
The LT Series crushing plants can operate close to the face, so the excavator or wheel loader operator can control the complete crushing operation. This reduces both costs and the workload.
For aggregate production, the LT Series can comprise two or three stage crushing plants. For in-pit and mining applications, the Lokotrack LT range is complemented by Nordberg LL Series conveyors and MAF (mobile apron feeder) products. |

Additionally to the well known piling machines Vermeer MT also supplies auxiliary equipment. Examples are the Easy Cutter (pipe cutting system), drop weights (750 - 4000 kg class,with or without connections),
tubes (114 up to 508 mm) and swaging units.
Swaging units expand tubes in such a way that the original
tube size fits into the swaged end giving the connection a
high quality after welding it.
It also saves labour against other coupling methods like connection rings.
The TU-series Vermeer MT swaging units can be supplied as Standard
and as a Wide Range model.
Both systems are suitable for swaging pipes that are regularly used in the foundation industries. |

The newly designed Komatsu BR580JG-1 mobile crusher looks simple, and it's very powerful. This newly developed crusher offers you an amazing crushing capacity of 140 - 460 ton/h.
High-performance jaw
The KCJ4430 large-capacity jaw crusher offers the greatest treatment capacity in its class, plus easy maintenance. In addition, Komatsu's original bear lock cylinder mechanism allows you to change the discharge clearance with a simple one-touch adjustment, and it also facilitates the removal of clogged foreign material from the discharge side.
Outstanding mobility
Hydraulic steering and high-travel speed makes it easy to relocate the machine. The BR580JG-1 uses the same track undercarriage as those used on Komatsu's hydraulic excavators.
Large-capacity hopper
The 2.625 mm × 4.400 mm hopper is accessible for material loading from three sides.
