In response to industrial customer needs, Hutchinson Transmission has specially developed the ConveyXonic® belt for roller conveyor producers.
The ConveyXonic® is the « 4 in 1 » belt capable of transporting loads from 1 to 1 200kg (2 to 2500 lbs.) as well as replace the four systems used in the conveyor assembly (flat belt, round belt, chain and timing belt).
The belt's elastic properties allow for at least a 30% reduction in costs by using 1 motor for twenty rollers while at the same time adding the advantages of improved life span and absorption of shocks and vibrations.
With a potent torque transmission - up to 4 times greater than an O-Ring - increased package flow speed up to 4 meters per second, the ConveyXonic® belt improves efficiency while working silently, requiring little maintenance since lubrication and retensioning and are not needed, and ending corrosion concerns.
Easy to use thanks to an automatic or semi-automatic installation, our ConveyXonic® product line has already been designed for you.
It is standardized in function of the center distance, the center distance tolerance and the transported weight.
The ConveyXonic® is available worldwide, with two, three of four rib profiles (PJ2, PJ3, PJ4), through our distributors.
We would be happy to put you in contact with the distributor closest to you.

Flex-Lifter™ Conveyor Belt Lifter
Lifting a tensioned conveyor belt to replace worn idlers or to set up a splicing station can be a difficult and hazardous job. The Flex-Lifter™ makes the job safe, fast and easy.
This belt lifter has the highest safe lift rating available at 4,000 lbs (1,810kg). It can handle the toughest maintenance tasks, like lifting a loaded, tensioned belt. The Flex-Lifter™ is also versatile. Each model can lift both topside (troughed or flat) belts and return side belts.
This easy-to-use tool is portable and comes in two models: Medium for belt widths 36-60” (900-1500mm) and Large for belts 48-72” (1200-1800mm). This unit is only 6-3/4” (169mm) high in its closed position so it can easily be placed on the conveyor structure between the belts; and adjustable leg extensions adapt to varying structure widths. The fully opened heights of 14” (350mm) for the Medium model and 16” (400mm) for the Large model allow enough room above troughing rollers to set up a belt splicing station.

The scale operates while the conveyor is in motion and is intended for the weighing of individual boxes, cartons, cans or -unpackaged products such as large cuts of meat. It is ideally suited to checkweighing, straight weighing and weight accumulation operations.
Fully automatic - Dual photo electric cell arrangement allows maximum accuracy in weighing randomly sized products. Excellent for feeding meat production lines or for checkweighing boxes, cans, cartons etc. Detect weight problems in-line.
Self-contained - Freestanding, self-powered design operates independently of existing belt conveyor. Unaffected by idler friction or belt tension and requires no damping device. Installs easily in new or existing facilities.
Stainless or carbon steel construction - Provides a cost effective choice based on material handling requirements. Stainless steel scales are matched with a stainless steel indicator to meet NEMA 4X standards for washdown and corrosion resistance.
Belting - USDA approved acetal flush grid with 31% open area for easy maintenance. Special belting available.
Weigh Bar accuracy and reliability - Weigh-Tronix patented weighbar design cancels out side, end and torsional forces to provide a true downward load. Fully electronic design eliminates moving parts that may be affected by wear or misadjustments.

LIFTUBE® is a modular system that optimises sealing of any existing conveyor belt (any width, any length, PVC, rubber, etc.), between the loading point and the unloading point.
Instead of being in contact with idlers, the belt slides on a single central idler roller set up between lateral glideboards. Both idler roller and glideboards are tiltable to allow easy access when needed.
A removable hood can be set up on top to ensure the reduction of airborne dust from the conveyor.
Components are standard; the dimensions of the central idler and hood will only vary with the width of the conveyor belt.
This patented system, made of standard, adaptable, designed components, can be set up on existing or new installations.
ADVANTAGES
- Environment: reduction of airborne dust, between loading and unloading, conforms to ISO 14001.
- Quality: the product is totally protected. No material contamination is possible
- Complete safety : protection of pinch point
- Drastic reduction in maintenance, made even simplier
- Loading capacity: optimisation of conveying rates
- Standard, adaptable, designed components
- Installation of the LIFTUBE® without changing the existing power supply

DRX (Dual Relief Xtra™) Impact beds are designed with one simple goal: protect the belt.
Slide-Out Service™ makes maintenance convenient and safe. DRX Impact beds separate in the middle and the two sides slide apart. A complete bar change out takes just one or two hours.
Velocity Reduction Technology™ is found only in the DRX line! Two levels of reaction force reduction absorb impact energy and minimize transmission back to the belt.
Impact Bar Supports enhance bar function. Made from high-strength steel, our inverted-design Impact Bar Supports allow the impact bars to expand and function properly to absorb more impact energy.
Channel Crossbeams efficiently transfer damaging impact energy to the isolation mounts.
Four Models Available:
DRX200 - for light-duty applications, up to 200 lb-ft
DRX750 - for medium-duty applications, 200-750 lb-ft
DRX1500 - for heavy-duty applications, 750-1500 lb-ft
DRX3000 - for extreme applications, 1500-3000 lb-ft.

The outstanding feature of belt brushes is the flexibility of the belt backing, which allows the surface of the brush to adapt to almost any contour. As an example, they are used in cases where there is insufficient space for a brush with a rigid body and correspondingly flexible bristles. Belt brushes can be filled with synthetic or natural bristles ranging in nature from soft to hard. At the same time, however, they are also used as high resistance brushes. Belt brushes can be used horizontally, vertically or at an angle. They can also be ideally used as a transverse brushing system, e.g. for brushing to one side at right angles to the running direction of conveyor belts or similar.
|
|
Profiles
Esbelt manufactures, through extrusion, a wide range of profiles made from PVC, polyurethane and polyolefin to be placed transversally on belts for lifting products or longitudinally as containment or guidance.
Runer Profile
A runer sidewall is also available which is very flexible, resistant to compression and available in a wide variety of heights.
