The corner slide banding system with separator system is an ideal machine for fully automatic banding of a great variety of stacks.
The compact US-2000 CSW banding system with Ultra-Sonic technology and high performance is easy to operate.
The stacks are automatically transferred from the previous machine (cutter, printer, stacker or folding machine) to the conveyor belt. Upon infeeding the stacks are separated from each other and pushed directly into the banding machine by the corner slider.
As needed, the bundles can be once or twice tightly banded but protecting the edges.

AUTOMATIC STRAPPING MACHINE PR 99
The automatic strapping machine PR99 is suitable for the vertical compression of palletized loads of paper, cardboard and paper bags.
It is provided of two strapping heads and three arches and it can carry out two strapping operations in automatic mode with a prefixed distance.
One of the two head, which is mobile, allows to set the distance between strappings.
The lower retractable channel allows to carry out strappings, positioning the cargo to the wooder pallet.
The complete device version for the automatic pallet rotation allows to perform cross strappings too.
The machine is managed by PLC; it is also furnished with a pressing device which is commanded by moving rack.
It has a touch screen operator on the control panel by which it is possible to manage the machine: how it works and to set up the type of strap you need, choosing between polypropylene or polyester strap.

The stainless steel US-2000 BDE banding machine with integrated thermal transfer printer and labeling system, bands, imprints and labels the product in one run.
The fresh salad is delivered in the packaging to US-2000 BDE. The current data (in this case: price and date) are imprinted on the colored preprinted band. The band is pulled around the product and welded with Ultra-Sonic technique.
Upon delivery from the machine, the colored preprinted label with the known brand name is adhered on top of the band.

Entire layers can be inserted in this banding system for multiple stacks. The subsequent separating, feeding and centering to the machine is fully automated.
The cut label stacks are being pushed directly from the guillotine across to the feeding table of the label banding system US-2000 LBM-MS-V.
The label stacks are aligned and separated on the feeding table. The stacks are pushed in rows into the integrated US-2000 banding machine. The number of bands per stack can be adjusted on the touch screen of the stack length. With this special machine, the formats can be easily adjusted to the new product.
