PART # SBS-IBEX
BATTERY DIAGNOSTIC TESTER
The new SBS-IBEX is a cutting edge digital battery diagnostic tester meeting all IEEE Standard Recommendations for all stationary applications such as telecommunication's back up power, utility switching power, uninterruptible power systems (UPS) and more. The new IBEX can measure the accurate internal resistance (R), voltage (V), temperature (ºC) with the world's first ripple-removing algorithm (KR PAT No. 0494489) within a short time (3 seconds or less) during flotation charge. The new IBEX has been in use worldwide with the utmost in satisfaction and reliability by end users.
The SBS-IBEX comes complete with Exmons Battery Management Software that allows the user to trend battery measurement data, export data to excel and/or create a full report with the click of a button. Note: Trended battery measurement data can detect impeding battery failures before a power backup is affected and with enough advance notice to replace the failing batteries.

# B+K Precision Battery Capacity Analyzers tests Lead Acid Batteries and displays the batteries stored charge capacity as a percentage and displays both the loaded and un-loaded battery voltage. Models 601 and 602 can also display the battery under test’s internal resistance. These units identify batteries, which may be defective or deteriorated. They are perfect tools for testing battery back up systems for emergency lighting, alarm, sprinkler systems, UPS devices and any system using lead acid batteries to provide power. Works with 6V and 12V lead acid batteries
# Settable Ah from 1 to 100 in 1Ah steps (works best on batteries from 5 to 99Ah)
# Powered by the battery being tested |

Research indicates that internal battery cell impedance increases with the age and discharge history of a cell. Since interruption in electrical service can spell disaster, a reliable backup power system is critical so that when conventional power fails, costly service outages can be avoided.
The BITE%u2122 family of products provides meaningful data on battery health without significant expense or reduction in remaining battery capacity. The BITE products are designed for on-line ac impedance and dc terminal voltage measurement of secondary batteries.

These solid state magnetic accelerators have been designed as speed input devices used for solid-state controls for electric vehicle traction motors. Applications include industrial fork lifts, utility vehicles, and airport ground support vehicles.
Input voltage : 18 to 80 volts DC
Output voltage (maximum) : 3.65 volts (nominal)
Output voltage (minimum) : 0.35 volts (nominal)
Start switch output voltage : Equal to user battery input voltage
Start switch output current : 3 amps continuous, 5 amps intermittent (10 seconds)
Note: This accelerator switch does not contain a 1A switch.
Features and Benefits:
- Start switch function is performed by a power MOSFET, in lieu of a mechanical device
- Typical actuator force is 5 lbs, and should not exceed 7 lbs
- Switch may be operated through a linkage mechanism or directly from the vehicle accelerator pedal
- Customer connection is made by means of a metric M10x1.5 male thread
- Underwriter's Laboratory Type EE construction, O-ring cover seal, blind mounting holes, and insulated wire hole grommet all combine to eliminate the need for periodic cleaning
- No mechanical adjustment required after installation
- Includes reverse battery protection and internal fusing for start switch over-current protection
- A hall effect sensor detects the input shaft displacement through the 0.75" shaft stroke
- Switch contains a push pull linear input shaft, with a typical 0.1" displacement for start switch closure |

PART # SBS BCT-5000
DC RESISTIVE LOAD BANK (24, 48, & 120 VDC)
The only way to know your industrial batteries will perform to specification is to test them regularly. SBS's battery capacity testers enable you to test your wet or sealed batteries in a variety of ways and at three voltages. Load bank test 24V, 48V, or 120V DC systems with currents up to 171 amps. A built-in digital meter lets you read volts, amps, amp-hours, and elapsed time without having to hook up a separate meter. The display is accurate to 1% of full scale at the rated voltages. The unit also offers continuous operation, so there's no cool down needed after or between tests. Use the master load control switch to instantly apply or remove loads. |
