Testing of Electricity Metering equipment, takes many different forms. Apart from accuracy and stability, meters must also be tested against interference conducted on the elctricity cables. This can be in the form of impulses generated by lightning events, switching action in the mains network or insulation breakdown. EMC PARTNER specializes in designing test equipment to meet the international standards for impulse testing of energy meters. IEC61036 and IEC62052 are typical standards for class 1 and 2 metering equipment.
EMC PARTNER testers are compact systems with several impulse types in one unit. The necessary personnel protection is provided by safety interlocked test cabinets.

SF 156 Static Meter
Analysis of static problems are very hard without measurement of static charge. A decent static meter supplies the possibility of analysis of the problem to the technician. Static meter displays where and how the static current is generated and its polarization and amplitude.
If a static charge preventer is needed in the problem, static meter determines the best position for static charge preventer and displays its performance. Static meter develops standards for technician for avoiding future problems. These standards varies from the current level of regions which are ordered from produced or sent to user.

The Narda Broadband Field Meter NBM-550 has been designed to measure electromagnetic field strengths in the vicinity of transmitters and industrial equipment, and to evaluate and record the results in the context of human safety standards. Particular attention has been paid to ease of use. The instrument can be operated with one hand by anyone – left-handed or right-handed. The probes are isotropic, i.e. equally sensitive in all directions, so users do not need to worry about the direction the radiation is coming from.
The result data memory holds up to 5000 results along with date and time information. A GPS receiver (option) plugged into the basic unit and connected via USB gives the NBM the capability to store position data for each measurement. Instead of handwritten notes, voice comments can also be recorded. All the data can be uploaded to a PC and managed using the PC software supplied with the instrument. Measurement reports are therefore very easy to generate.
The basic unit and the probes are separately calibrated at the factory. The probe calibration data are stored in an EPROM in the probe itself. The NMB basic unit retrieves this automatically via the intelligent probe interface, and takes it into account in the results.

Model DXR-2000
The Digital Transformer Ratiometer is a lightweight instrument for the precise determination of transformer ratios, polarity, and excitation current.
It is designed for testing distribution transformers at flux densities low enough that the impedance drop resulting from exciting current may be ignored. Accordingly, the voltage ratio obtained will be a precise measure of turns ratio.
Digital Transformer Ratiometer Features
- An important tool for preventive maintenance, transformer production testing and commissioning on all electrical transformers.
- Built-in vector matrix for 3 phase testing - an important feature for diagnostic work
- Accuracy ± 0.05%.
- Measures ratio, polarity and excitation current
- Ratios 2000:1 In 4 ranges
- Direct digital readout of ratio and excitation current
- Electronic ratio calculation
- Portable in sturdy fiberglass case
The ultra precision potential measuring and ratio calculation provides a five digit readout with ± 0.05% accuracy.
Polarity indicator signals relative phasing at all times, while the LCD digital ammeter warns of saturation or shorted turns.
The 3-phase vector switch pack incorporates a convenient push-button switching arrangement which enables the operator to hook up the test lead harness to all terminals of a three-phase transformer in one operation, then proceed to test all phases on every tap setting without interruption or change of leads on terminals. The operator has full control over the test to select or short phases.
Zig-zag transformers, or transformers without an accessible neutral connection, can also be tested with no external shorting.

The electric charges accumulated on the surface of materials generate disturbances in the manufacturing processes. Static electricity is, indeed, the cause of multiple parasitic phenomena which can reduce the production paces or degrade the quality of the end product. It is important to be able to quantify these loads with all the stages of manufacture. The electrostatic field intensity measuring device ELCOWA standard MCE 20 allows a measurement without contact with your product. This measuring instrument is essential for the control of the good performance of your anti-static installation.

A belt drive achieves its maximum lifetime when it is configured specifically to the application, the belt is perfectly tensioned and the pulleys are precisely aligned.
The TRUMMETER is an electronic measuring instrument that consists of a measuring probe and a microprocessor and is used for measuring the belt tension and checking the strand force of a belt drive.
The measurement result is displayed either in hertz, newtons or poundforce.
This measured value can be compared with the nominal value – specified by the belt drive manufacturer (as a natural frequency in Hz or a strand force in N). It is dependent on the characteristics of the drive.

Flow products are used in a variety of applications where liquid or gas flow needs to be monitored or controlled. In many processes, both the total quantity of product being produced and the rate at which the product is being produced must be known; flow controllers can offer that information while monitoring your process efficiency.
