The UMT 560 multi transducer and analyser is used for a permanent analysis of electricity supply quality in compliance with the SIST EN 50160 standard. Records are stored in the internal memory for the period of the last three years. Moreover, more than 100,000 deviations of the measurands from the standard values are stored, which enables finding eventual reasons for the problems in network. Optional limits and required quality in a monitored period can be defined for each monitored characteristic.
The transducer measures and records the following characteristics:
- Frequency deviations
- Voltage deviations
- Voltage clips
- Voltage interruptions
- Voltage unbalances
- Over-voltages
- Fast voltage changes
- Flicker intensity
- THD
- Harmonics

MT 511 is intended for measuring and monitoring single-phase electrical power network. Voltage inputs and current inputs are electrically isolated from the system by means of high resistive input chain and current transformer respectively. It measures true RMS values by means of fast sampling of voltage and current signals, which makes instruments suitable for acquisition of transient events. A built-in microcontroller calculates measurands (voltage, current, frequency, energy, power, power factor, power angles, THD U, THD I, MD) from the measured signals.

Pneumatic cylinders are typically made of aluminum, so sensors can indicate end-of-stroke from outside the tube. A magnet installed internally on the piston during manufacturing allows an external magnetic field sensor to detect the motion of the piston. The magnetic sensor can be placed anywhere along the length of the cylinder to read end-of-stroke.
|
|
|
Magnetic field sensors are activated by magnetic fields and are especially suited for piston position detection in pneumatic cylinders. Based on the fact that magnetic fields can permeate non-magnetizable metals, it is possible to detect a permanent magnet attached to the piston through the aluminium wall of the cylinder. Magnetic-inductive permaprox sensors from TURCK operate on a patented function principle. Thus they are capable of reliably detecting permanent magnets of various field strengths on all common cylinder types. They operate completely wear-free and are short-circuit protected; a weld-field immune version for welding applications is also available.

Linear Hall Sensors
All products of our linear hall family measure the vertical component of a magnetic field. The output signal is directly proportional to the sensed magnetic field.
Based on these principles, our TLE499x family of linear Hall ICs has been designed specifically to meet the requirements of highly accurate angular and linear position measurement, as well as current measurement applications.
The TLE499x product family comprises the linear Hall sensors TLE4990 and TLE4997 with analog output as well as the TLE4998 with three different digital output options. The TLE4998 interface options include Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), Single Edge Nibble Transmission (SENT) and Short PWM Codes (SPC). TLE4997 sensor provides unique temperature compensation which is further enhanced in the new TLE4998 sensor by unique compensation of stress over lifetime.
GMR-Based Angle Sensor
The TLE 5011 is a 360° angle sensor, which detects the orientation of a magnetic field. This is achieved by measuring sine and cosine angle components of a magnetic field with monolithic integrated Giant Magneto Resistance elements (iGMR). Data communication is accomplished via a bi-directional Synchronous Serial Communication (SSC) Interface that is SPI compatible.

Our EMC probe set for the SPECTRAN NF-50xx and HF-60xx Analyzer-Series allows for straightforward pinpointing and measurement of interference sources from 100kHz to 1GHz (3GHz) in electronic component groups as well as execution and monitoring of generic EMC measurement. Our sniffer set includes a total of 5 probes: 3 probes for magnetic field measurement and two for measurement of electric fields.
All probes are covered with an insulating layer, thus allowing safe measurement of oscillators or mains lines.
The PBS2 probe-set additionally contains a high-performance pre-amplifier, allowing measurement of significantly weaker interference sources, boosting the sensitivity of our instruments by up to 40dB.
Perfect for locating interference sources which might have been found e.g. in an EN55011, EN55022 or EN50371 (Class A or Class B) survey. After implementing appropriate changes in the circuit, their efficiency can easily and reliably be verified. That way, expensive and time-consuming re-assessments in an EMC laboratory can be skipped.
Ships with 5 probes (BNC-Connector), pre-amplifier (only PBS2), transport case and exhaustive english manual.

- Daisy chain upto 60 devices
There is an increasing tendency to investigate the behaviour of large constructions under varying load conditions. Examples are: bridges, wind turbines, tower cranes, etc. Usually it is quite inconvenient to apply half- or full straingauge bridges onto such constructions, for which reason mostly single (1/4 bridge) gauges are utilized. This, however, usually implies cumbersome wiring to the inputs of the (remote) measuring amplifiers.
StrainBUSter has been developed to solve these problems by placing the measuring circuit in the direct vicinity of each point of measurement. Here all signal conditioning is done, after which all measured values are being transmitted via a CAN bus to one convenient central place, thus building one decentralized system. In this way, up to 120 measured values can be transmitted very reliably over longer distances.
Each StrainBUSter module has 2 separate input channels. The single straingauge, or the Pt100 sensor, is connected through a 3-wire connection, eliminating cable losses at the input side.

Gas density controllers
These operate mechanically. The density of the sample gas is compared via a bellows system with the gas density in a reference gas chamber. If the density of the sample gas alters, the bellows system actuates one or more micro switches. Gas density controllers function independent of any power supply.
Trafag gas density controllers are employed internationally in gas-insulated, high-voltage switchgear in power distribution networks. Their performance record is worldwide is unique. Even at climate-related temperature fluctuations of over 135°C, they provide precise measurement results and function reliably and maintenance-free. They are therefore to be found all around the world, in the ice-cold polar regions or under the blazing desert sun.
Gas density sensors
function electronically. The consistent resonant frequency of a quartz oscillator under vacuum is compared with the resonant frequency of an identical quartz situated in the sample gas. The difference in the resonant frequency is proportional to the density of the sample gas. This difference is processed into a digital or analogue output signal.

The output signal may be 0-20ma, 4-20ma. ( 0-5VCC)
Max RPM. 5000.
Important in this transducer is the security between the input signal
(thermoelement) and output analogic signal. The transmission from rotating part and stationary is optical. A receiver circuit reconverts the digital signals in analogic output.
The galvanic insulation avoids eventual damages at equipments connected in stationary side, in cases of short circuit from thermoelement and electric resistors.
The following versions are available:
micro tcj for thermocouple j type
micro tck for thermocouple k type
micro tctr for thermocouple pt100
