Flow Indicators are designed for continuous monitoring or intermittent use commissioning and servicing hydraulic systems up to 420 bar, 6000 psi.
The large clear 63mm (2 1/2") diameter dial ensures that quick checks can be made to determine pump performance and setting of flow control valves. They can be used on mobile and industrial hydraulic circuits. Also lubrication and coolant systems using oil.
These direct acting flow indicators can be installed in hazardous areas or on applications where no power is available. The flow indicator design ensures good reliability and minimises the effects of contamination.

Delimon's 'Rising Ball' and 'Spinner', the latest design of low cost, 'entry level' flow indicators. These robust indicators out perform other visual flow instruments by a considerable margin. When calibrated flow indicators are not needed, these units will satisfy most requirements within pipe sizes 8mm to 40mm. Being constructed from high quality materials these in-line indicators will meet the needs of many chemical applications, as well as being suitable for water, oil and gases.
The Delimon visual flow indicators start to operate once flow has commenced, this can be from as low as 0.1 LPM. The exceptional ratio between maximum and minimum flow is achieved by carefully toleranced manufacture. When operators require a visual confirmation in their pipework for lubrication and coolant flow, these simple indicators can provide a cost effective solution for plant protection. Including one of these inexpensive fittings to pipework on a power plant may save thousands of pounds in downtime and bearing or pump impeller replacement. Add to this the safety implications resulting from plant failure and the true benefits may be fully appreciated.

Reliable fire and system protection:
Differential current monitor type B with pre-warning function, measuring range from10 mA to 3 A.
Early detection of insulation faults can prevent failure of complete electrical plants. Fault current monitoring by measuring differential current is the ideal method for this application. The monitoring requirement for today’s supply systems get more and more complex. Electronic control of drives, switched power supplies and chargers or fluorescent lamps with electronic ballast units can create DC fault currents in the case of earth faults. Standard differential current monitors do not detect this type of faults.
Type B differential current monitor DOLD varimeter IP5883 detects DC and AC fault currents in grounded voltage systems. The measurement is done by an external current transformer.
Contrary to RCD units, IP5883 does not disconnect the mains immediately but signals the fault. The unit includes an easy to read LED bar indicating the fault current and LEDs for operation, pre-alarm and alarm. The measuring range is 10 mA to 3 A. Additional features: broken wire detection, adjustable pre-alarm and test function. This varimeter offers advanced information for specific and cost effective maintenance BEFORE the plant breaks down.

The RCMS system consists of one or several RCMS460-D / -L or RCMS490-D / -L residual current evaluators, which are able to detect and evaluate fault, residual and operating currents in earthed power supplies via the associated measuring current transformers. The maximum voltage of the system to be monitored depends on the nominal insulation voltage of the measuring current transformers used in case of busbar systems, or on the cables or conductors that are routed through.
Closed W...AB series measuring current transformers are required to measure AC /DC sensitive residual currents (0...2000 Hz). Six W...AB series measuring current transformers require one AN420 power supply unit. W... (closed), WR... (rectangular) and WS... (split-core) series measuring current transformers are used for alternating and pulsating currents (42...2000 Hz).
The measuring current transformer series can be used in any combination with the measuring channels of the evaluators. Each RCMS460-D / -L and RCMS490-D / -L utilizes 12 measuring channels. Up to 90 RCMS evaluators can be connected via a BMS bus (RS-485 interface with BMS protocol), thereby up to 1080 measuring channels (sub-circuits) can be monitored.
If this product is to be used for personnel, fire or plant protection, the frequency response can be set accordingly. The measured currents can be analyzed for harmonics.

The AC and pulsed DC sensitive residual current monitor RCMA420-D (Type A) from Bender is designed for fault and residual current monitoring in earthed power supply systems (TN and TT systems) where an alarm is to be activated in the event of a fault, but disconnection must be prevented. In addition, the device can be used to monitor the current in single conductors, such as PE conductors, N-PE connections and PE-PAS connections. Due to the use of measuring current transformers, the device is nearly independent of the load current and the nominal voltage of the system.
The response value can be adjusted in the range of 10...500 mA. When the prewarning level is reached (50% to 100% of the response value), an alarm message is generated. This information achieved sufficiently well in advance can avoid unexpected disconnections and costly downtimes.
Typical application fields are: Residual current monitoring in earthed two, three or four conductor systems; construction site equipment; current monitoring of single conductors de-energized under normal conditions; socket-outlet circuits for devices which are operated unattended for a long time and which may not fail; alarm systems; safety devices.
