The contactless measurement and the lack of moving parts, allow a precise determination of the mass flow without any wear to the systems components. This outstanding advantage is applicable on various mechanical conveying systems like:
belt conveyors
screw conveyors
troughed chain conveyors
steel plate conveyors
bucket conveyors
free fall in chutes or pipes
This makes a radiometric bulk flow measuring system particularly interesting for various applications.

The RFIK mechanical hydraulic tester provides the ideal solution for servicing and commissioning
hydraulic circuits on agricultural and other mobile machinery.
The kit comprises of a direct acting flow indicator with built in thermometer, a loading valve and a pressure gauge all built into a strong steel case with a removable lid.
The unit is self contained and requires no electrical power. The dials are clear and easy to read.
Installation is extremely simple and the test kit can be connected into either the pressure or return lines. The loading valve and pressure gauge allow a progressive build up of system pressure in complete safety.
The test kit provides the service engineer with quick, accurate and simple performance testing of pumps, motors, valves, cylinders and complete hydraulic
circuits.
Note: This unit is not designed for permanent installation.

Flow products are used in a variety of applications where liquid or gas flow needs to be monitored or controlled. In many processes, both the total quantity of product being produced and the rate at which the product is being produced must be known; flow controllers can offer that information while monitoring your process efficiency.

The Model 1030F is a microprocessor based flow rate indicator/totalizer with a 4-20 mA output that is proportional to flow rate and RS-485 communications. Flow rate and total can be displayed simultaneously on the 16-character display. The Model 1030F has five control inputs, which when switched to ground, perform specific functions such as resetting the totalizer. Four open collector control outputs may be used to interface with remote devices such as relays, counters, and lights.

The capcitive filling level systems operate according to the three-electrode principle. With this principle the container or an additional electrode serve as a counter-electrode to the probe electrodes. For this reason it is necessary with this system that the container is of a conductive material or a "substitute electrode" is fixed to the container wall, e.g. copper foil. These systems are available with probes for analogue filling level measurement of for detection of 1, 2 or 3 measuring points. The position of the switching points and the analogue measuring area is user-definable within the possible effective range and therefore it can be determined for optimal matching of each application. Level measurements of bulk material, liquids or pastes are possible with a dielectric constant as of år 1,1.

With LB440-RID, the problem of weld inspections is considerably reduced. You have full and accurate information on your process - continuously!
LB440-RID is already being successfully operated in many plants world-wide.
All continuous level measurements employing rod detectors or the SuperSens point detector can be equipped with the patented Radiation Interference Discrimination LB440-RID.
The system works only with Co-60 sources - the energy of the Cs-137 radiation (660 keV) is too close to the energy of sources commonly used in weld inspections to be reliably discriminated.
Existing Berthold Technologies equipment can be easily upgraded to include the RID technology.

The VEGAWELL 51 is a sensor of water level equipped with a ceramics-capacitive cell CERTEC® of a purity of 99,92%. This cell is adapted perfectly to the applications of measure of level in the field of the cleansing and the water treatment because of its exceptional corrosion resistance, to abrasion and overpressure. This principle of measurement is also particularly well adapted to the measurement of flow in opened channel, in particular on effluents with foam on the surface which is likely to disturb the sensors with usual ultrasounds on these applications.
Cell CERTEC® offers other advantages, in particular a surface levelling with 100% which excludes any risk from deposits and an excellent stability in time lower than 0,1%/2 years, the whole largely contributing to decrease the maintenance actions.
Its very small diameter of only 22 mm in fact a sensor easy to establish even in wells or very narrow tubes of measurement.
The output signal is available in 4... 20 my HART®, the measurement brackets go until 250m in class of precision 0,2. The cable carrying equipped with a capillary compensation with the pressure atmosphere is deliverable for lengths active until 800m.
The typical applications are the measurement of level or differential of level on well, drillings, basins, tanks, ballasts as well as the measurement of flow on open channel.
