STERN 25 IMS is a real work station for metal tube forming.
Thanks to the 15 different tools that can be fitted, this end forming machine gives the possibility, in the same work cycle, to flare, reduce, end-form, roll-form, face, chamfer, close and thread tubes up to maximum diameter 30 mm.
STERN 25 IMS has 3 controlled axis and a double vice closing system: this is made for stopping also particular kind of tubes, with a big diameter, and allowes to open one or both jaws.
Because of its ease of use, this machine doesn’t require a highly trained operator: so it is perfectly suited even to the most different productive conditions.
Like other Pedrazzoli end forming machines, the STERN 25 IMS too has the IMS control, developed by our R&D Department. The IMS software allows to control all the achievable functions (represented in a graphic way) and carries out automatic optimisation of the work cycles reducing production times to minimum.
This machine can be equipped with automatic loader, two-hand push-button controls with mushroom emergency button and clamping vice pre-closing device.

Orbital grinding machine using abrasive belts for grinding, buffing and satin finishing STRAIGHT or BENT items made of stainless steel, brass, iron, aluminium or any other kind of metal having round, oval, elliptical or irregular section.
Main feature in comparison with other machines is that our unit is equipped with 2 INDEPENDENT MOTORS: 1 for disc rotation (Pic. 1) and 1 for grinding belts rotation (Pic. 2).
Machine is supplied ready to work with following STANDARD EQUIPMENT: motors voltage 400V/50Hz, n°2 plastic boards to hold work-pieces during process, n° 4 abrasive belts in different grits, service keys, instructions book and CE conformity declaration.

HEADER TUBE PUNCHING MACHINE :
The Header Tube Punching Machine is hydraulically operated and is suitable for punching holes in copper tubes. The center distance of the holes is 25.4mm. Each hole is punched by pressing the button located on the carriage. After every punching stroke, air is blown through the mandrel to blow out the punched blank. The tube clamp can be rotated to punch holes at different angular positions. The carriage houses the tube clamping assembly and this carriage is locked in position by a mechanical arrangement during the punching operation.

NEW DEVELOPMENTS IN THE LOCKSMITH'S MARKET
The PI85 hydraulic press is specifically designed for die-cutting tubes for the various cylinder locks available on the market, covering more than 90% of the models.
It permits the simultaneous cutting of the mechanism box hole with those for the latch and deadbolt. It is also possible to make the latch and deadbolt cuts independently in order to vary the distance between them.
The PI85 Incorporates a system with a scale In millimetres that controls the distance between the mechanism box and the latch and deadbolt from 18 to 37 mm approximately.
A distance between axles of 85 mm. Adjustable entrance points of 20, 25, 30, 35 mm.

The mechanism box is always on the side and of 35,40,50 mm.
Approximate time taken to cut out the mechanism box slot is 58

INFLATABLE STOPPERS

Float-in Bags are fitted with a reinforced front cover and tension lugs. The CR material ensures increased resistance to chemicals. Working lines are secured to the tension lugs using carbine hooks and the pipe sealing bag can be floated into the pipeline without any difficulty.
Only four sizes are needed in order to seal pipe dimensions ranging from 70 mm to 1200 mm (2.8 inch to 47 inch). The float-in bag program is rounded off by a chemical variation in addition to the basic design.
In this case, all metal parts on the float-in bag are made of stainless steel and the integrated inflation hose (10 m/32 ft.) guarantees the corresponding safety distance to the area of danger.

Designed specifically to test Concrete Pipe Joints to European Standards, the ATO Stoppers represent a portable, low cost method of testing.
Pipestoppers™ ATO Stoppers and test plugs are available in all sizes from 300mm - 1800mm. Each ATO is manufactured to the specific pipe size with a variation of + & - 6mm.
The stoppers comprise an inflatable outer ring with a 5mm thick closed cell neoprene rubber out, bonded on for excellent sealing properties.
Each stopper can be used as a test end or a blank end and they are totally collapsible and light in weight, making them easy to handle.
Each stopper has a soft central membrane, with a Schrader valve for inflation. They are also fitted with a preset and tamper proof relief valve.
A pull tag is fitted for deflation and there are no removable parts.
A hook and loop strap is provided to attach a gauge and a pull out strap is provided too. An on/off tap can be opened to vent the air.
ATO stoppers are manufactured and tested to BSEN 1610 - 1998.
The safe working pressure is 0.2 bar (2.8 psi, 200 mbar or 20 kpa)
Inflation can be carried out with a small, low cost hand pump or a rechargeable inflator.
A moulded connector for the inflation hose is provided.

Muststop stoppers is a wide range of stoppers designed for various applications on 30 mm to 3000 mm Diameter pipes. They can be equipped with a by-pass allowing a flow deviation or a water or air tightness test.
Muststop fits to any pipe shape (circular, rectangular, ovoid…) or nature (PVC , iron, sandstone, concrete, wood…) and resists to most of the aggressive fluids commonly used in industries.
Muststop stoppers can be made of aramid fiber (Kevlar…) and are coated with Neoprene or Nitrile rubber.
