Utilizing the proven PWPS FT8® technology, the SWIFTPAC power plant offers 60 MW of power and is designed for quick & easy installation.
The package design includes a shippable engine enclosure which incorporates the gas generator, power turbine, exhaust collector box, inlet plenum and lube system. This factory assembled module allows the SWIFTPAC power plant to be generating power in less than three weeks after arriving on site. |

The units have more force at lower air consumption and pressure than competitors’ models. They have state-of-the-art CNC machining and improved technology. Turbine are very quiet, below OSHA standards. They have a longer life than ball vibrators. The acetal body is FDA and USDA compliant for food applications. |

OT-type External Pneumatic Turbine Vibrators combine high frequencies with high centrifugal forces at large amplitudes. OT Vibrators are operated oil-free with filtered compressed air. They do not require any maintenance and they are successfully used as flow aids on bins, as drives for chutes or screens, and on vibrating tables.
Vibration with the OT-type is generated by a turbine with integrated flyweights which rotates on two oversized ball bearings. OT Turbine Vibrators have a high work moment and develop high vibration frequencies and centrifugal forces. Vibration presents a large amplitude even with low operating pressure.
For operation a 2/2-way-valve and filtered compressed air are required.

The quality and accuracy are increased thanks to the tool tip located in the centre line of the B-axis. The B-axis extreme tilting positions are additional advantages and allow to produce a wide type of parts for the aviation industry.
