Standard wedge elevator
A wedge conveyor uses two conveyor tracks facing each other to provide fast and gentle transport, horizontally as well as vertically. The chain has flexible cleats to carry the product without damaging it. Different cleats are available to accommodate the wide variety of products which may be handled.
Examples of application are transport of soda cans, glass and plastic bottles, cardboard boxes, tissue paper, etc.
Wedge conveyors are suitable for high production rates and can be designed to save floor space. Owing to their principle of operation, the wedge conveyors are not very suitable for transport of very heavy or irregularly shaped objects.

Limitations
Factors to be considered when planning for a wedge conveyor:
- The product must withstand some side pressure.
- Wet products should be avoided; their lower friction may cause slippage, slowing the flow of products.
- Support rails should be used when the products are heavy or susceptible to compression.

Highly wear resistant system with sprockets
The conveyor system with positive drive sprockets is a complete system for scraper conveyors and bulk material handling which does employ continuous chain loops with high self-cleaning effect by means of the sprocket system. Several bolt-on or plug-in type attachments are used to mount the scrapers or flight bars which allow reliable conveying even under the most arduous conditions . The system warranties a high service life and availability even for the most difficult applications.

Magnetic conveyor M
Areas of application
Transportation of short ferromagnetic, emulsion-afflicted shavings and small parts, e.g. stampings. Installation possible as individual conveyor or interlinked system.
Function
A continuous magnetic band conveyor, consisting of two chain strands which have been connected by means of carrying strips and permanent magnets, continuously conveys the material to be conveyed on the conveyor plate to the discharge station. Pre-cleaning of the cooling lubricant without additional cleaning elements. The magnetic band drive occurs via a three-phase geared motor. The magnetic band has been installed self-tight eningly.

A number of different types of floor conveyor are available depending on the load and operational mode. They have two things in common, namely, the cardan chain runs in a steel track and the load is positioned above the track. The floor conveyor is fitted on floor mounted pillars and the load can be rotated or indexed. The floor conveyor can be operated continuously or intermittently.

Over the years Screw Conveyors for specific purposes have been developed. Cement Screw Conveyors and Feeders for concrete batching plants were the first to be industrialised in the early 1970s. The screw conveyor is the most commonly used equipment in mechanic conveyance and volumetric batching of solid powdered and granulated products. Versions available for conveyors are the following:
- "U" section closed by a sealing cover.
- Tube section.
The seals on the end mountings are realized with a double ring; the chamber between the two rings can be pressurized. Any possible intermediate mountings may be realized with bushings of different special materials, in accordance with the type of product. The bushing can be flowed with compressed air.

Hot melt adhesives have increased production, reduced waste and costs, and improved product appearance throughout industry.
Supplied in solid pellet form hot melts or glue chips are traditionally stored in small-capacity containers or cartons. For use in packaging or product assembly the pellets are manually emptied into a hopper directly above the melt tank or adhesive applicator. Operators, are exposed to fumes and splashes of hot molten glue.
