We provide everything - from each component up to complete conveyor system solutions - for moving heavy cartons and pallets.
Our robust, long-lasting equipment can be supplied in various lengths and widths with a standard overall height of 500 mm. This includes roller conveyors for wire-mesh boxes and pallets or overhead chain conveyors - available in various designs.
The conveyors can achieve speeds of up to 0.4 m/s. We have accessories, such as our turntable for changing direction 90°, 180° or 270°.
Our range naturally also includes modules such as the pallet dispenser that centers and feeds pallets onto the conveyor track, and measuring and monitoring devices for detecting the state of the pallets inside the conveyor system.

From small to large
For every size of pallet there is a “recommended” maximum workpiece size.
However, this should only be regarded as a guide, since the size of the workpiece relative to the pallet depends above all on the material and the type of machining.

OK-VISE rotary columns are made of aluminium and they come with steel made corner clamps. They work as a trunion unit between indexer and a tail support. This new system makes efficient use of machinable area a reality, ultimately leading to savings in tool changes, less operator interventions and extended cycle times. Most important feature is a possibility to use subplates resulting to a remarkable cut down in machine stop times which is critical especially in the vertical machining centers.
Parts fixturing probably represents the best value in today´s metalworking technology, if you calculate the cost of a CNC machine tool, the cutting tools, tool-holders and tool-changer with both the programming and the design software and compare these investments to the cost of your workholding equipment. APL 8000 Series; Self-adhesive labels real time print & apply system for pallets 1, 2 or 3 sides labelling of a pallet.
Designed and manufactured in accordance with the traceability standards for the entire delivery and distribution chain. It complies with the GS1-128 standards as well, as well as with the GS1 International pallet labelling recommendations. A print & apply system which allows the integration of a 6" printing engine with the best print engine units in the market: DATAMAX, SATO or ZEBRA. High resolution of 203DPI or 300DPI.

A specific version, ALcode P represents the latest evolution by ALTECH of pallet labelling machines.
The system is able to print and apply A5 format SSCC labels onto two adjacent faces of a pallet (normally front and side) in accordance with the EAN 128 standard (also on three sides if required), providing high reliability, print and apply quality, operations up to 120 pallets/hr.
This print/apply system represents a particularly interesting evolution in the field of pallet labelling machines.
The external structure of the machine has been recently redesigned and is now more ergonomic, thanks to the control panel smartly integrated in the protection cabinet and the (optional) touch screen panel that allows to manage the information to be printed and the applicator logic.

The LS-800PLT Pallet Labeler was designed and built with the palletizing and stretch-wrapping environment in mind. It provides reliable on-demand printing of variable data such as time and date stamp, serialized numbering schemes, as well as barcodes and logos.
