PHOENIX®II 275HC
The PHOENIX®II 275HC bevel gear cutting machine is the next generation in cutting machines. The unprecedented monolithic column design is leading edge technology in chip flow, ergonomics, stiffness, cutting process, and maintainability. Pivoting the cutter spindle permits the shortest structural overhang of both the cutter and work for maximum stiffness and thermal stability. A simple chip collector is the only object below the cutter and work spindles. Chips never touch the machine structure. |

VSC 400 DUO WF
This gear profiling center - its design is based on the VSC series - soft finish-machines the gear profile complete, employing turning, hobbing and deburring operations. |
|
| Hypoid Lapping Machine, bringing a new dimension of features and process capability to the lapping process. This fast and flexible machine offers new levels of productivity to the automotive, industrial and truck markets. Reduced cycle-times, efficient and powerful software, and a robust compound handling system are some of the features that make this the lapper of choice around the world. |
|
Drake GS:H (Gear System: Hobber) brings new levels of productivity to vertical hobbing of helical, spur, spline, worm ... straight, tapered or crown gears.
Drake's customized CNC programming cuts set-up time drastically, perfect for today's short-run environments. |

S 300 R
The S 300 R rotor hobbing machine is based on the tried and tested modular system of the S series medium range of machines, and was specially conceived for rotor manufacturing requirements. Given the cutting forces typical of this type of application, particular attention has been placed on the rigidity of moving components; in fact a strong and stable hobbing spindle with a high swivel range guarantees jolt-free hobbing of even the largest rotors, with or without coolant, whilst a powerful, fast, high-torque tool drive ensures top-quality performance, when single index milling small rotors or when cutting larger workpieces. Integrated steady rests guarantee vibration-free machining. Naturally it is possible to use hobs for small rotors as well as inserted blade milling cutters for larger workpieces.
Special attention has been paid to the drives, and benefits to the user are twofold; not only are workpieces machined efficiently using innovative tool technology and materials, but it is also possible to fully exploit any future in-house tool developments. We would be delighted to advise you on your specific application.

S 900-2000
The S 900-2000 series is a universal and modular line of hobbing machines, conceived to satisfy a wide range of applications. High performance machining of straight and helical gears; crowned and tapered gears; worm gears; cluster gears and special profiles (such as compressor-type rotors); oval gears; herringbone gears (gears with a double helix); and internal gears. This series can utilise any hobbing technology, from single-cut form milling cutters, to HSS or carbide tools for wet or dry hobbing applications, or roughing and hard finishing tools, and it is ideal for machining both internal and external gears. Chamfering and deburring using an NC-controlled hob spindle and relative control unit is also optional.
