Detecting manufacturing defects such as positional, missing, skewed, misplaced, incorrect device, incorrect polarity, solder and lead defects is fast and reliable. Unique dual lighting delivers the capability of inspecting laser marking on IC’s and SOT devices. An additional benefit is that it also delivers enhanced inspection of 0603 and 0402 devices.

Data logging of test results is complimented with a full rework station capability |

In spite of all accuracy in the production process the repair / reworking of electronic PCBs belongs to the daily business. Relating to the components and used circuit boards (double-sided, Multilayer etc.) there are different requests imaginable. Also the quantity, in other words the complete quantity of repairs plays a decisive role. TM Robotics offer a series of SCARA robots from the TH-250 through to the SR-1504. All have unique handling capabilities for varying workloads. The SCARA range can offer robots with arm lengths of 250mm to 1500mm, and workload capacitys from 3kg to 70kg.
Perhaps the most innovative of the Toshiba Machine SCARAs are the TH-250 and TH-350, which provide better accuracy and repeatability than comparable SCARA's, and offer quicker cycle times and faster motion. These new SCARA’s are so precise that they can even be used to good effect in the electronics industry. The TH-250 and TH-350 feature payloads of up to 3kg and repeatability of ?0.01mm. These robots are suited to applications in the handling of small components, such as electrical, mobile phone and camera parts, assembly and test equipment. Other applications that demand similar accuracy are hard disk drive assembly, as well as very high precision work, such as optical lens grinding and watch assembly. Furthermore, the TH-250 and TH-350 allow the user to place electronic components on PCB boards, or even handle the optical ‘pick up’ lenses used in CD and DVD disc drives. |

Air Logic manufactures a comprehensive line of nylon and polypropylene plastic fittings; the polypropylene fittings ar more chemically resistant than our standard nylon fittings. Polypropylene also provides more dimensional stability.
The fittings include Barbed Crosses, Elbows, Tees, and Unions. Barbs are available for 1/16", 1/8", or .170" I.D. tubing. The nylon fittings can be provided in black or white; the polypropylene fittings are gray. |

Multiline - (4 / 6 / 8 Line) - QDC
Description: The snap-type multiple line quick disconnect features a releasing sleeve that permits one-hand connecting or disconnecting of several fluid lines simultaneously. Simply push the sleeve in to disconnect the fluid lines and push the internal and external ends together to connect the lines. The design incorporates a keyed location pin to insure correct orientation of the fluid lines during connection. The internal end is designed with an automatic shut-off valve.
Material: Internal: brass or 303 stainless steel components; acetal releasing sleeve; stainless steel mounting plate, springs, ball bearings, set screw, crescent “C” rings and steel “E” ring. External: 303 stainless steel components; stainless steel backing plate
Seals: Internal: three Buna-N O-rings, OR-QDC-B (3 O-rings), for each line. Optional materials: EPDM, Viton®, Silicone, Chemraz® and Fluorosilicone.
