The PFD101 is a stand-alone system that loads and positions ID plates under a pneumatic or electromagnetic stylus for programmed data and variables marking.
The CN101 marking stylus produces by micro-percussion indent marking on all materials, from aluminium to even the hardest of steels (max. 65 HRC).
The positioning of the marking fields, inside a marking window X/Y of 100 x 100 mm, is easy, thanks to a programming interface integrated to the machine.
This marking equipment marks different character sizes adjustable from 1 to 80 mm in increments 0.1 mm, as well as logotypes. |

The movement frequency is from 200 to 300 Hz (or movements/second) depending on the type of stylus, this is used to trace all characters or logotypes at a very high speed.
The design of the stylus, whose point vibrates between an air pad and a spring, is used to mark flat, concave, or convex surfaces. The absence of the mechanic link between the marking point and the head make the system extremely reliable (compressed air pad). |

The scribing technology marks permanently, directly on the material, on plastics and the hardest of steels (62 HRC).
The marking content (text, logotypes, traceability variables, time & date) is made by a carbide or diamond point that under pneumatic pressure penetrates the surface the surface to mark. Continuous point displacement is very accurate (steps of 0.025 mm), via an X/Y (X=100 mm et Y=120 mm) crossed mounting plate and operated with a fully-autonomous unit control.
The continuous stroke, very legible, is obtained without consumables or percussion, thus reducing the sound level to less than 72 dBA. |

The c151 machine can mark all types of materials, from plastic to hardened steel up to 62 Hrc. The electromagnetic stylus technology enables to mark parts with different shapes and different surfaces (flat surfaces, concave or convex surfaces, circular surfaces, rough or machined surfaces ...) and only requires one source of energy.
The e8-i52 dot peen marking machine is extremely compact. It is designed to be easily integrated in industrial environment (it has 3 mounting surfaces to ease integration). You will quickly and easily be able to mark parts of various shapes, surface conditions and materials.

The scribing technology produces high quality characters and logos with continuous line style. Noise level operations are extremely low. Deep marking can be achieved (up to 0.7 mm / 0.3).
Scribing is produced by the continuous motion of a diamond or tungsten carbide stylus pin mounted within a pneumatic cylinder.

The RAMPINI's R25 is a machine that provides an extremely versatile dot matrix pin marking system. It can engrave from plastic to steel up to a hardness of 62 HRC on both smooth and irregular surfaces.
The R25 does not require any PC support. The controller integrates the LCD information display and the keyboard.
The R25 is one of an outstanding reliability as worm screws control the X and Y axes, which slie on hardened guides and adjustable bearings.
Two models are available:
R25/E supplied with a magnet and a 220V electric plug is all that is needed to operate it. Mainly used for light marking. Easy to be opereted on factory floor.
