Industrial CNC drilling, milling and engraving machine
DIASTAR 33OO/3400 are CNC controlled drilling, engraving and milling machines designed for laboratory and service industry applications. They are designed for continuous daily operation and can be expanded, thanks to their modular construction (i.e. no fear of obscolesence).
DIASTAR machines are suitable for the following maching procedures:
- Drilling PBC's (individual and stacked)
- Milling PBC's (isolation milling, panel cutting etc.)
- Milling aluminium parts, e.g. front plates (other metals, such as steel etc., can be machined in several working steps)
- Milling and drilling aluminium and plastic housings (plug knockouts, cut-outs on displays, etc.)
- Engraving steel, aluminium and plastic parts (project stage in connection with CAD/CAM)
- Milling 3D moulds (deep-drawn and injection moulded mould construction)

Flexible Shaft Machines supply new-found freedoms: By seperating the motor from the tool with a shaft, it is no longer necessary to bring a bulky tool to your workpiece. Instead, the motor can rest on the floor or hang from a nearby hook. As a result, it is no longer necessary to support the weight of the power tool while grinding. The handpieces are extremely small, and can reach into areas that are simply not accessible by any hand-held straight grinder. By placing the power source away from the application and out of view, users experience freedom from heat, noise and vibration from the power source.

No hole has to be drilled in the machine cabin. The unit is either fastened on the bonded mounting plate or bonded directly to the window. When the mounting plate is used fast replacement of the VISIPORT unit is possible.
Subsequent installation is also simple and fast. Low space requirements enable it to be used for most window configurations on new and also older machines, a through-hole installation is also possible.
