The new Omnitrac™ is based on the new T3-Laser Tracker and is substantially more compact than any other laser tracker on the market, thanks to its innovative construction principle without the need for active and complex temperature compensation. The thermal image testifies a homogeneous temperature distribution. Steering mirrors can get dirty, optical fibers can fail, however API doesn´t suffer from either of these issues thanks to the unique, on-the-shaft mounting of the laser head unit. The machine consists of a frame which includes a saddle consisting of a longitudinal slide, a traverse slide and a swiveling table (on request).
The tool is secured to the head of the tool-holding slide, which vertically slides on the fixed and tilting head. An eccentric saddle connected to a connecting rod, transmitting the movement to the tool-holder, gives the movement. The speed regulation is obtained by means of a frequency switch that changes the motor revolutions and, therefore, the slide jogs.

RPC-G
Fastems RPC-G is a modular robot cell designed for loading and unloading workpieces to CNC machines, especially lathes. The RPC-G cell consists of a single transferable unit that enables fast installation and, if necessary, easy relocation of the system.
