Mechanical and hydraulic CNC turret punch presses incorporate press drive, table positioning and turret design advancements for high productivity and reliable operation. Their heavy-duty, stress-relieved, continuous weld frame design provides added stability and less vibration for better accuracy and durability. These machines produce a finished part accuracy of ±0,10 mm (.004") with a repeatability of ±0,05 mm (.002").

The most common and cost effective way of punching holes in sheet metal or channel parts is with unitized tooling. Multicyl offers both short and long stroke cylinders which are designed for the hole punching application as well as standard cages which are designed to accept all the standard models of unitized tooling used commonly throughout industry.
Combining unitized tooling with standard Multicyls and cages is one of the most cost efficient and versatile methods of creating a hole punching station available on the market, and is currently being used by our customers in a large variety of industries including automotive, appliance, aircraft, furniture, HVAC, vending machines, and many others.
What benefits does Multicyl offer over traditional methods of hole punching?
- The low capital investment required to purchase a Multicyl system makes for an affordable dedicated work station or a versatile press with easy tooling interchangeability.
- Multicyl is much safer than a conventional press and is easily reconciled with OSHA safety requirements.
- The work cell approach saves time and space – position your Multicyl hole punching station next to a larger press, bending, or stamping station.
- Its benchmount design, compact size, light weight, and ease of operation (all you need is shop air!) allow the system to be set up anywhere in the plant and moved as needed.

X5 – Solid Punching Technology by FINN-POWER
FINN-POWER X series machines are the affordable way to have a real FINN-POWER.
The background of FINN-POWER's new X5 turret punch press is pioneering experience in hydraulic punching since 1983. Featuring modern industrial design, it continues our modular engineering tradition, where the basic package is already full of features and some options can be equipped now or later through retrofits.
Reliable and productive punching capacity
The X5 is compact and easy to install. Its rigid ”O” frame ensures optimum tool alignment when nibbling or punching with high force.
The hydraulic punch stroke is digitally controlled. It allows different punch modes, stepless punch speed and position programming.Working area is 1,250 mm x 2,500 mm without repositioning.
The turret has a total of 20 tool stations. Seventeen (17) tool holders have been specified, and three (3) are free for customer selection. Index or Multi-Tools® can be chosen. The turret has 29 tools as standard, and the number can be expanded by adding Multi-Tool® stations.
Nibbling speeds up to 600 hpm are available; index rotation speed is 133 rpm max. Maximum sheet thickness is 8 mm and sheet weight 200 kg. Two sheet clamps with central locking are standard.
The machine tables are equipped with brush top. Sheet loading is easy due to two optimally placed gauge pins and a moving table which can be locked to five different positions.
The precision of the X5 meets FINN-POWER's stringent LKP 7100 factory standard.
These features make the FINN-POWER X5 a safe and highly productive machine tool for flexible sheet metal working. |

FINN-POWER LP - INTEGRATION FOR OUTSTANDING FLEXIBILITY
The essence of FINN-POWER LP is the integration of well-proven C series 300 kN hydraulic punching technology with the latest generation of industrial CO2 Lasers.
LP features new coordinate table design for maximum sheet size of 3,074 mm x 1,565 mm without repositioning.
FINN-POWER's experience in the integration of subsequent work stages in the sheet metal working process is easy to see in our laser-punch combination.
The long list of system features and benefits for fabricating sheet metal components results from experience, continuous development and FINN-POWER's commitment to guarantee our customers´ competitiveness.
The availability of punching, forming, tapping, marking and laser cutting capacity in an integrated machine tool means component manufacturing can be planned for optimum quality and speed of production. Whatever the workpiece, you can choose the most profitable manufacturing method, or the most profitable combination of methods. For example, when laser cutting is required, a pre-punched start hole reduces laser cutting time, no piercing occurs, and lens life is prolonged as there are no harmful reflections from the surface of the material.
This intelligent integration increases productivity and offers flexibility for your today's and tomorrows manufacturing. |

The 500/1000 Grip series is specially designed to process the most difficult products.
In particular, it makes it possible to palletise open-mouth bags with low filling rates that must be overlapped on the layer.
The bags are handled one by one by a robotized gripping arm; they are stored on a double false pallet; the layer is finally moulded before being placed on the pallet.
Each layer is then pressed individually. |

ERmet : Modular Pressfit Tools: For Male Connectors
ERmet connectors can be end to end mounted in modular layout. To be able to pressfit the selected connector layout for your application in a rationalized way, we have designed the necessary pressfit tools to be modular too. This is true of the tools both for male connectors and for female connectors. The tool bases, also termed anvils, are fixed in a tool holder. Each connector module requires an appropriately sized tool module.
The standard tool holders are designed for two 50 mm modules (modules A, B, L and M), pressfitting a total module length of 100 mm. Due to the modular tool configuration, pressfitting can be carried out in any order. Using filler elements, it is also possible to pressfit just individual modules.
