The radial piston design ensures very high starting torque efficiencies, especially at high pressures where they are most required in mobile applications. Efficiency is typically > 94% at 400 bar.
The maximum torque requirement for wheel motor applications generally occurs with the vehicle al standstill or at low speeds, for example, during acceleration from stand-still or when overcoming an obstacle or slope.
High starting torque in the hydraulic motors therefore means better vehicle performance, less energy wastage and heat generation, especially with frequent stop-start work cycles. |

HEINZMANN offers compact drives integrated into the wheel hub and complete drive systems for use in light electric vehicles.
The RN Series comprises a brush-type disk motor integrated into the wheel hub and a transmission, with or without integrated freewheel. The motors feature axle ends on both sides, and are designed to be mounted on a fork bracket. They are characterized by their extremely low weight and are used for bicycles, scooters, three-wheelers, rickshaws and various goods transportation vehicles.

The RN-EC Series are direct drive, multipole, brushless DC motors with a single-sided wheel hub mounting. As well as the drive components, the motors include integrated drive and control electronics, and an integrated mechanical holding brake if required.
When arranged in pairs, the motors can communicate with each other and with a control device (e.g. joystick) using a CAN bus, providing a means for executing steering movements for the vehicle. Applications include: goods transport systems, flat bed carts, cargo trolleys, etc. The drive systems are also available with either handgrip or remote control options.
Single motors are also used as battery-powered, independent actuators for providing rotational and pivoting motion.

Free-flowing machine with rollers is used for continued shotblasting of the corroded layer and filing from sheet metal, sections, simple constructions and small shafts. Treated objects move through the machine on a roller conveyor.
One type of shotblasting machine with roller conveyor is free-flowing machine for blasting cylindrical elements. This machine is used for continued shotblasting of the corroded layer and filings from tubes' surface, round sections, gas steel bottles and other cylindrical elements. Treated objects move throug the machine on a conical cylindrical conveyor or on conveyor with askew wheels.
These machines may be built into highly productive lines for basic colour application, including drying chamber, automatic colouring chamber and drying tunnel. |

Conscious that all the machines are not used in 3x8, Wheelabrator Group designed a shot-blasting machine specifically adapted to the intermittent uses out of metal frame.
The conveyer shot-blasting machine with rollers RB 1500 SmartLine is equipped with 4 turbines high-output Roto-jet judiciously laid out, which allow a cover to perfect sections posed with the horizontal heart. Once granulated, the sections pass in a hopper of brushing-blowing controlled in height, which make it possible to evacuate all the shot of the sections. Those leave the machine clean and vacuum-cleaned.
When designing its machine, Wheelabrator Group stressed the robustness, reliability, and the maintainability of its machines. |

Three series of shot blasting machines
For Pre fabrication shot blasting we offer our series Sprint and Marathon,
for Post fabrication the Triathlon is optimally suited.
In each case it is possible to extend the machine to a complete surface treatment line.
Sprint
The Sprint is our standard model and is ideally suited for shot blasting steel plating, profiles and pipes. The turbines are placed perpendicular to the direction of the conveyor to achieve the highest quality of cleaning.
The Sprint range is often used by steel trade and construction companies.
Marathon
Designed for more demanding work, the Marathon range is ideal for higher conveyor speeds and heavier loads. It is typically used by larger steel traders or steel constructors working multiple shifts and by rolling mills.
Thriathlon
The Triathlon is designed for shot blasting steel constructions. Its turbines are placed diagonal to the conveyor direction to ensure it reaches all angles and crevices of the construction.
These machines are used in many steel construction companies.
The Triathlon is universally applicable and can also be easily applied to plating, profiles and pipes.
Surface treatment line
The GIETART surface treatment lines are the extension of the well known solid and reliable GIETART shot blast machines to a complete surface treatment installation including pre heating, shot blasting, painting and drying. Plain and tooth rolls for intermediate size reduction.
Labtech Essa rolls crushers are designed for rapid, controlled size reduction of ore, mineral or rock prior to metallurgical testing or further milling or grinding. They are typically applied in laboratory or pilot plant applications after primary production of the infeed material in a jaw crusher or similar. The nipping action of two off same diameter individually powered contra-rotating rolls produces an ideal crushing environment for a wide variety of materials. Product sizing is controlled by an (adjustable) gap setting between the two rolls. One roll is heavy duty spring mounted as protection against uncrushable material attempting to pass between the rolls. Roll crushers operate with a minimum of dust generation and produce a material with a tight size envelope containing a minimum of fines. |

For printing inks, paints or tanning processes having variable viscosities. The roller surface is made of double-metal cold and hard metal alloy having high resistance and shock-absorbing qualities. The transmission system has a multi-line chain wheel allowing initiating the process in a smooth, stable running and noiselessness way.
The roller speed can easily be adjusted manually. The overload prevention device is safe and reliable. The standard configuration is manual, water-cooling and horizontal setting. The roller is made of double-metal cold and hard alloy, being not suitable for the grinding of corrosive materials. |
