BPA 5
Ready-to-Go-Set to determine the temperature at which a bitumen tends to break rather than to flow when stressed.
The Fraass-Breaking-Point is the temperature at which the first cracks appear in the coating.
It can be applied for any homogeneous road or industrial bitumen. |

Proceq has combined the best of Original Schmidt with the most advanced technology to create the new SilverSchmidt concrete test hammer.
The SilverSchmidt offers a virtually maintenance free, lightweight and compact construction.
This next generation tool combines an electronic display and advanced mechanics with true rebound coefficient that automatically converts to compressive strength.
- Measurement inherently independent of impact direction, meaning no directional corrections are necessary
- High measuring accuracy due to differential optical absolute velocity encoder
- Conversion curves for a wide range of compressive concrete strengths, including low fc (<10 N/mm2, 1’450 psi) and high strength concrete (up to 170 N/mm2, 24’650 psi)
- Simple operation with "one-button", combined with advanced tilt and twist technology user interface
- Language independent graphical menu with symbols
- Automatic conversion to the required measurement unit (N/mm2, kg/cm2, psi) |
|
Concrete testing with the Original Schmidt test hammer is the most frequent used method for non-destructive concrete testing worldwide.
For every demand and specific test application, Proceq offers the right concrete test hammer.
Original Schmidt concrete test hammers are available in models with different impact energies in order to meet the needs to test a wide range of material types and sizes.
Our types N, NR, L and LR are best-suited and specially developed for assessing the quality and compressive strength characteristics of concrete with the range of 10 to 70 N/mm2 (1’450 to 10’152 psi).
Versions incorporating paper chart recorders (LR and NR) can automatically register the rebound values on a paper strip chart.
Proceq’s type ND and LD Digi-Schmidt test hammer measure the rebound values through an electronic method and allows the direct reading of the test results in digital form. |
|
The Digi-Schmidt concrete test hammer combines Proceq’s classic Original Schmidt with a display unit that allows the direct reading and display of test results.
With the Digi-Schmidt, various parameters such as impact direction, form factor and time factors as well as carbonation depth can easily be set.
The Digi-Schmidt is available in the versions ND and LD.
- Automatic calculation of the compressive strength thanks to the integrated conversion curves
- Storage of customized conversion curves possible
- Large and easy-to-read display
- Data evaluation and storage as well as transmission to a PC with ProVista software are possible |

ECTHA PLUS is the new generation EUROSIT digital concrete test hammer: its ergonomic design, its components' quality and EUROSIT's
ten years experience as test hammers' manufacturer make this instrument unique.
Using the internal operating menu, ECTHA PLUS can perform basic concrete testing with continuous recording and testing with
parameters and tested element setting in accordance with (UNI EN 12504-2).
This instruments can process data considering the existing correspondence between unit load compression strength and the concrete
surface hardness by measuring the remaining elastic energy (rebound method.) |
|
Seven excellent reasons to choose ECTHA1000 Eurosit:
1) because it comes from a family of instrumets developed over a quarter of a century
2)because it is the only toll with its own specific updated correlation curves
3) because it has the widest measuring range suitable for concrete with values from 50-120 N/mm2
4)because it is backed by the support of a state of the art research and development centre for non destructive testing in civil engineering applications
5)because its innovative design is unmatched in its cleass
6)because it is the only tool eith a comprehensive range of functional intelligent accessories for rapid and direct analysis
7)because its designe is based on valid and fully documented scientific research |

SOLAR300 carries out all the recommended tests to check the performances of single and three phase photovoltaic installations. SOLAR300 measures output DC power of the cells, output AC power of the inverter, solar radiation and temperature of the cells.
Measurement of AC and DC power requires the user to connect the instrument's inputs upstream (DC) and downstream the inverter. The values in single-phase installations or in three-phase installations, are acquired simultaneously. Usually the inverter and the photovoltaic cells could be far each other. To skip the use of long cables, which are very uncomfortable, SOLAR300 uses a remote measuring device, SOLAR-01, that acquires the following parameters: solar radiation, temperature of the cells and environmental temperature.
At the end of the recording, the values acquired by SOLAR-01 are transferred to the SOLAR300 through an USB connection. SOLAR300 also permits recording of each parameters, the voltage/current harmonic analysis and the voltage anomalies (sags, swells) detection. Thanks to its built-in memory and its compact flash driver a considerable volume of data can be stored for further analysis.
The innovative touch screen system of SOLAR300 makes the data analysis extremely easy. In addition, the management software Topview allows the user to create professional reports displaying the company trade mark, the user's data, the recording comments, etc. |

New Powerful CT3 Texture Analyzer Features Both Compression and Tension!
Brookfield Engineering introduces the New CT3 Texture Analyzer, the most powerful, lowest cost, stand-alone Texture Analyzer ever produced. This new generation instrument features not only the traditional Compression Mode, but now includes a brand new Tension Mode. Now manufacturers can test their products and the packaging as well. The large vertical work area of the CT3 is ideal for large sample placement. This also allows for increased travel distance maximizing the functionality of the new Tension Mode.
The CT3 offers load cells in 100g, 1,000g, 1,500g, 4,500g and 10kg. The 10kg load limit more than doubles the limit of it’s predecessor, the LFRA Texture Analyzer. It also features a broader speed range for probe movement, a USB port for direct connection to a PC, and an optional temperature probe.
The CT3 Texture Analyzer features seven test modes. These Report Test Modes include: Normal Test, Hold Time Test, Cycle Count Test, Bloom Test, TPA Test, Tension Test and Static Load Calibrator Check.
Brookfield provides a complete line of fixtures for use with the CT3. In addition, Brookfield will work with customers to develop custom equipment for their specific texture measurement applications. |

Laboratory Measures Series H & C:
Bottom Drain Slicker Plate Measures
These small drain bottom measures are designed specifically for accurate testing of small meters and dairy holding tanks.
Specifications and outstanding features include: a faucet spout with a male hose coupling on the ball drain valve, slicker plates and an overflow trough. |
|
| Moving up in the heavyweight class, Seraphin® produces heavy duty provers for testing tank trucks, containers, testing tanks and large volume meters. These are all made with the same accuracy and attention to detail and quality as the smaller test measures. A prover has a bottom drain and a graduated neck . Seraphin® provers are easy to use, reliable, and low cost way to measure the output accuracy of liquid metering equipment. All Seraphin® provers are manufactured of type 300 Stainless Steel eliminating the interior coating required of carbon steel models and therefore are corrosion resistant over an indefinite period of time. Many Seraphins® are still in use after decades of use. They are built and calibrated to the latest OIML R-120, Measurement Canada, API and NIST handbook 105-3 standards. Seraphin's® provers are used world wide and are considered the de-facto leader in the industry. |
|
| The Seraphin skid prover system is made up of a precision volumetric stainless steel Prover connected to a pump-off system and mounted on skid. The prover drain valve is plumbed to piping that can be routed via butterfly valves to a gravity drain or to the pump. A manual hose reel, with hose and nozzle, is connected to the pump. The hose is used to route the petroleum to an above ground storage tank or up into a tank truck. |
