Adept Python is a family of high-quality linear modules for assembly and material handling applications. Python linear modules incorporate unique design features making them the most robust modules for gantry or cantilever configurations.
Our exclusive manufacturing process enables Adept to provide the exact linear module system needed for your application with a very competitive delivery time.
Schneider Electric Motion offers both single- and multi-dimensional Cartesian robots:
- Linear modules: linear tables, cantilever, portal and telescope axes
- Dual- and triple-axis systems: linear positioning systems, linear robots, portal robots and wall-mounted robots
- Low-mass systems
All linear modules can be combined. They are modular and compatible with ITEM profiles. Several axes may be combined to form handling systems with perfectly tuned components.
Robot Modules are complete linear axis, X-Y Stages and XYZ Stages for various automation applications in the semiconductor, electronics and medical industries as well as automated assembly and production areas. This cartesian robot uses high quality NSK Linear Guides, NSK Ball Screws and NSK Monocarriers for a high level of mechanical reliability.
Maintenance- free operation with K1 Lubrication Units is standard on the ball screw and linear guide.
Unit comes ready for you to install the motor assembly of your choice.
Simply aim and bolt the module in place- it is already aligned.
Design and sourcing time are reduced- source and drop in one part versus the 60+ components that make up this module.
The dispensing table-top robot TR300 designed and produced by mta automation ag is controlled by an industrial PC allowing the automation of dispensing operations for liquid or viscous products. The increasing demands of customers in term of quality, precision and repeatability lead to increasing levels of automation. However, when production batches are small or products widely dissimilar, the cost of sophisticated equipment can place automation beyond the reach of many would-be users. In order to satisfy this need, mta developed a table-top robot which combines flexibility with required high levels of process quality and repeatability, all at a reasonable cost.
The 3 or 4 axes can be fully programmed, as are the dispensing parameters for each dispensed point.
