Certain tasks often require a good visualization of the operations. Rexroth proposes for that the ordering of robot and handling rho4 integrated in terminals BT155, BT155T or BT205. Rexroth thus supplements its broad range of service platforms based on PC by this compact and economic solution.
The system is appropriate in particular for the applications in which a broad visualization is necessary in addition to the function of order of robots or axes.
BT155, BT155T and BT205 are equipped with fast processors of 266 MHz and a powerful memory of 64 MB (extensible to 128 MB). The terminals with ordering of robot and integrated handling have in addition to typical interfaces PC, Ethernet connections, Profibus-DP-Slavic and of exits 8 bits/24 volts.

Kawasaki Robotics delivers all robots with one of two different controllers, the C-Controller and the D-Controller.
|
|
The C Controller is compact enough for convenient installation and offers a large, multifunction, color liquid crystal display (LCD) that combines the functions of a conventional teach pendant with several specialized displays on a 7.2 inch touch panel. Easy block step programming and high-end AS Language programming are both available.
The new Kawasaki 'D' Controller is a result of the culmination of years of Kawasaki engineering and application excellence. This advanced technology robot controller is loaded with new features, software, and functions, while maintaining Kawasaki’s "Simple & Friendly" design.

The robot control contains all functions of a motion control and furthermore offers the possibility to control the periphery processes. Through it use of an additional sequence control (PLC) is no longer necessary. The robot control is a microprocessor system which works according to the multi tasking method. It can work up to 32 sequential control process simultaneously.
Being reached process times which are attainable with times of typical PLC controls at this. The inputs and outputs of the control are realized in field bus technology with max. 4096 inputs and 4096 outputs.
Seven serial interfaces (RS 232 C) are freely configurable and can be used to connect to intelligent controls like bar code scanner, image processing systems etc. Several robot mechanism cannot be operated with one controller last.
In addition, the controller has timers and numerous variable memories like bit, byte, Word, coordinates and text memories. These memories can be selected and read out during the normal automatic operation through the programming interface (Ethernet or RS 232 C). Several of these controls also can be to connect to a network with each other and to connect with a host computer about a local network.
Teach Pendant model H-3332
The teach Pendant are used to operate and program the robot. It can be connected to all different kind of controllers. It has a good readable LCD and a robust key pad. The operation is easy and simple to understand. A message line gives instructions to the operator and guides him to the next step.
