Screening - 883
The Finlay 883 is designed to work as an aggregate screener after a primary crusher or on it's own as a frontline screening machine. Designed and developed to fulfill the demands of todays high Production
Producer, the Finlay 693 has surpassed all expectations. Available in three
options, the Supertrak model offers maximum on site mobility incorporating a twin undercarriage which can be controlled from a hand held radio control. The Superscreen model is a fully road-going version fitted with 5th wheel coupling and triple axle bogie. The third variation is a combination model fitted with both twin track undercarriage and triple axle bogie (which is detachable for onsite tracking). Impressive features include a 6.1m x 1.5m (20' x 5') 2-deck screen, three hydraulic folding conveyors, high capacity belt feed hopper and low level greasing. Based upon the world leading S-5, the S-4 is designed for operation where the massive throughput of its larger sibling is not required, but there still exists a requirement for precision screening only available from a Doublescreen.
The S-4 produces a huge screening area (at least equivalent to a traditional 16’X5’ (4.8m x 1.5m) screening system) but with to independently adjustable screen boxes for precision screening and massive production.

The Fintec 542 Tracked Screen is a robust, highly durable machine, designed specifically for the Recycling and Contractor market. It has a 3650mm x 1500mm (12’ x 5’) two bearing screenbox with increased screening angle built into the bottom deck of the screen. This feature coupled with the larger screening surface area and increased throw on the screenbox enhances screening efficiency and capacity, through the actual screenbox itself.
The Fintec 542 Tracked Screen has a unique user-friendly folding access walkway fitted as standard around the screenbox, thus providing the operator with easy access for maintenance.
Also, the belt feeder has a 8m³ capacity and is fitted with a radio controlled tipping reject grid as standard.
Our machine is driven by a CAT 3054C water-cooled diesel 74kW (99hp) engine with an Engine Shut Down Protection System. The main conveyor is fitted with a 1050mm heavy-duty belt.
The tracks are 500mm wide to cater for various ground conditions and are pendant track controlled.

The Fintec 640 is a heavy duty scalping screen designed to work in tandem with our Fintec 1107 primary jaw crusher or as a stand alone 3 way split screener; The 640 is constructed for easy mobility and transportation; All conveyors are hydraulically foldable and walkways are fixed, for quick transport and set up time on site. The 640 uses a 74kw (99hp) engine to power the hydraulics throughout the machine.
The Fintec 640 screen can be feed by loading shovel, excavator or crusher. The hardox steel apron feeder provides a solution to aggressive and previously impossible applications. The apron feeder feeds directly on to the variable angle screenbox for maximum screening efficiency. There are a multitude of options available for the screening media on both the top and bottom decks of the screenbox, all of which are available with varying apertures. Screen meshes for the top deck of the 640 are all interchangeable with the Fintec 542. All conveyors are fitted with heavy duty impact bars in feed boots and impact zones to prolong belt life.

The TS3600 is the economic solution for producing high-quality defined grain sizes, regardless of whether it's round grain from walls or for refining building rubble that can be graded using a screen.
The tracked double-deck screen can be operated as a standalone screen to separate excavated soil, sand and gravel, plus building rubble mixed with high levels of earth and fine grain material. Thanks to the hydraulically opening feed hopper with oversized grain grating, the TS3600 can also be fed direct from a mobile RM100. Three defined final grain sizes can be produced in a single pass in combination with the RM100 and OS100 power package equipped with oversized grain re-feeding system.
The screen can be operated by one person alone and the system is available with a radio remote control. All maintenance jobs can be carried out quickly and easily, thanks to perfect accessibility.
