Spooner Industries extends the same high quality airflow to its coolers as it does to its ovens and provers. Coolers can use ambient or chilled air or even a combination of the two to achieve the correct product exit temperature. UPX® is a cooling system based on chilled water circulation through a conveying screw and trough. The Frigomix® model is designed with conditioned air (temperature and humidity) percolating through the product.

The UPX technology allows for the perfect cooling of divided products, powders or pasty products in a wide range of processes. Applications include powders, seeds, herbs (in agro-industrials applications, in particular after sterilization), and muddy or pasty products (heated products converted by heat or stored in environment or chemical industry). UPX avoids any risk of condensation for the preservation of microbiologic and organoleptic properties. This solves the rigorous needs in the bacteriological treatment industries.

UPK® is a continuous cooling or heating screw conveyor for bulks, powders, granulates, pasty or muddy products. The cooling and heating function is accomplished through chilled water, steam or other thermal fluid passage into the screw and double jacket.
The air extraction in the top opening allows the control of the atmosphere conditions above the product: wet extraction, dried air injection...
Paddles fixed to the screw allow a perfect homogeneous treatment, mixing, conveying, and cooling or heating transfer.

The TFS/A is a compact partial-flow cooling unit. It was developed to improve the availability and reliability of hydraulic systems. Due to its combination of a motorpump unit and an oil-air cooler in one device, the TFS/A is an autonomous unit, which can be operated independently of the main system. In this manner continuous cooling is ensured.

Great volumes of airflow can be generated in very tight spaces due to the compact size of the Super Air Knife. Flow and force are easily controlled with a pressure regulator, allowing fast or gradual cooling. Shims can be installed if additional hard-hitting velocity is required.

CPAC Microplate
The INHECO CPAC Microplate is a compact heated and cooled position, built into the deck or ALP of a liquid handling system. Compact footprint and overall height, most SBS listed disposable can be fitted. The system is also suited for the heating and cooling of tubes and other probe formats. The unit is ready to install, CE and UL certified. A thermal fuse provides extra protection from overheating.
Power supply, temperature setting and control of the CPAC Microplate is performed through an INHECO TEC Control unit, please refer to the seperate TEC Control data sheet. Various types of aluminum adapter plates to match the required disposable are available. Adapter plates and positioner can be easily taken down for cleaning, or changed to another configuration within minutes.

The cooling of sands coming from shakeout is extremely important in order to avoid problems due to excessive temperature, such as difficult bentonite activation, difficult control of prepared sand compactability, higher water demand, etc..
The aim is to obtain sand with a temperature below 45°C. We think it is likewise important to favour the maximum homogenization of the sand itself.

ADAP-KOOL® refrigeration controls is a complete electronic system for monitoring, alarm handling and control of commercial and industrial refrigerating plants.
ADAP-KOOL® refrigeration controls consists of the following components:

The PCVisor functions as the heart of a fully networked refrigeration plant, HVAC and BMS system. It provides a fully integrated data monitoring system and displays the information in an easy to use menu driven graphical format.
The PCVisor also provides pack controller optimisation to automatically regulate the target suction pressure of a pack compressor / pack, thereby saving energy.
The unit can be connected to a maximum of 192 controllers (6 networks x 32 devices) using Honeywell Genus® network protocols. The PCVisor permits 2-way communication, in that it can be used to retrieve and log real-time system data as well as providing the capability to remotely configure the network controller parameters.
The defrost timer facility permits sequential defrost control of up to 100 channels, thus encouraging an even spread of energy consumption over any 24 hour period. When using a gas defrost system, header station control can be synchronised over the network with evaporator defrost control thus simplifying the field wiring and maintaining accurate defrost control.

Fan Driver Overview
Kar-Tech's Fan Driver/Electric Oil Cooler Control is a low-cost, highly intelligent control module for controlling electric DC fans or oil coolers for use in mobile hydraulic applications. The Fan Driver can drive a single fan in both directions with sustained supply current of 10 amps (up to 30 amp optional). An onboard temperature input accepts a sensor or switch for fan on temperature (programmable with a sensor input), and by using programmable ramp up and ramp down times, shock on the motor and mounting flanges is reduced or eliminated.
