DESCRIPTION:
Completely autonomous industrial hot air generator with heating gas oil, natural gas or liquefied petroleum gases (butane gas, propane gas) operation.
These equipments operation is that one of heating the environmental air by using the thermal energy produced by the equipment. The produced heat is driven by a centrifugal fan to the premises that must be conditioned.
The combustion products are driven through a chimney in order to ensure that the driven hot air is exempt of smokes and bad smells.
The main features are the following ones:
-Heating gas oil operation, natural gas or liquefied petroleum gases.
-Closet made with galvanised sheet covered with polyester dust and dried in the oven at 200C.
-Combustion oven designed for obtaining a performance of 90%.
-Electronic control with a viewer of the temperature driven to the premises.
-Environmental thermostat included in the equipment.
-Base equipment prepared for being connected to air distribution pipes. You can ask for a 4-direction air distributor plenum with air directional grids.
-Possibility of coupling a digital time programmer for starting the equipment up and stopping it automatically according to users necessities.

Units are fitted with a tubing "T" for convenient power lead outlet, while larger diameters can be supplied with post terminals on the sheath for direct electrical connections.
-For easier installation, Hotwatt can supply male or female NPT threaded fittings, hose adaptors, flanges, or custom fittings to your specifications.

There are two products ranges: MM-H and MM-HR
MM-H SERIES
Specially conceived for drying processes in which a big air volume and a thermal difference not superior to approximately 30C is needed.
MM-HR SERIES
It is similar to MM-H series, but the air aspiration is placed on the opposite site of the air outlet.
The equipments can be made in 3 positions according to the installation that must be carried out.

TH heaters, installed separately from cooling unit, must be connected to a TMC thermostat. When used to prevent cabinet condensate they should be electrically connected also when cabinet is off.In this cabinet its better to install more heating elements with small heating power.In this way there is an optimal air temperature distribution.
