Wide area radiant heaters can be mounted to radiate in any direction and can reliably operate, with no reduction in radiant output over the life of the heater. The lightweight building block approach allows for a modular installation which is easily expandable. One-piece bonded construction resists damage from vibration and shock. These heaters also have a lower operating cost with up to 80% of the input energy transmitted to and absorbed by the work material.

The MAXON TUBE-O THERM® burner-to-tube direct firing system provides uniform heat transfer, eliminates "hot spots", and produces faster bring-up times than all other tube burners. This industrial burner fires directly into smaller-bore, less expensive tubes and burns butane, , propane or natural gas with reduced levels of NOx and CO.
TUBE-O THERM® gas burners ensure improved performance for industrial washers, dip tanks, water-bath heaters, and solution tanks.

Infra-red radiation partly reflects with a fall on material and partly absorbs. Tre absorbed radiation is changed in heat that penetrates through body. It is a similarity to the sun radiation when with low temperatures comes to a feeling of a heat amenity.
Exactly this piece of knowledge is used with the design of heating with infra radiators HELIOS. In contrast to the air-heating when the hottest air is collected at the ceiling, in our case the effect is exactly contradictory. A stable natural heat climate is created without noise, air draught and dust whirling in an ecologically friendly way. We lower the temperature in the hall about 3-5°C on purpose and the required heat amenity is reached by the radiant heat of the infra radiator.
It is a kind of a „completion“ on a required temperature. The lowering of the calculation air temperature of 1°C brings cca. 7% energy saving. In the present case 20 – 30%.

Airtech Brazed Aluminum Radiators
In addition to our Bar & Plate designs, API Heat Transfer offers vacuum brazed aluminum radiators in either two-row or three-row depths and with a variety of external fins to match different environmental conditions.
These cost effective, light weight tube & header radiators are the perfect solution for either stationary or mobile engine cooling applications. Radiators can be provided as a stand alone component, but most often would be combined with our bar & plate oil coolers and CAC’s to form a complete cooling solution.
Aluminum braze significantly improves the durability of the radiator as compared to traditional soldered designs. And API Heat Transfer’s vacuum brazing process allows for the use of higher strength aluminum alloys compared to CAB brazing.
Tanks are designed to meet each customer's particular piping requirements and are welded into place for superior integrity compared to crimped-on tanks. Welded aluminum tanks can be fabricated, stamped or cast depending on application and volume.
