Larox Flowsys Oy is manufacturing reliable and functional pinch valves to process industries worldwide. Positive constant displacement, rotary, three screw pump. Flow rate per revolution 9.8 - 307 cm3 in 14 steps. The three screws, the central driven screw – the power rotor – which meshes with the two sealing screws – the idler rotors –
are the only rotating components ot the pump. The axial pressure and friction loads on the pump rotors are hydraulically balanced. The power rotor is positioned axially by the selfcompensated thrust washer arrangement, being part of the hydraulic balancing system of the power rotor. The pump accommodates mechanical shaft seals complying with the DIN 24960 Standard.

The ACG pumps are used for a number of different fluids:
Lubrication oil, fuel oil, vegetable oil, hydraulic oil and other hydraulic uids, glycol, polymers, emulsions, and any non-aggressive fluid with sufficient lubricating properties.
When so required the ACG pump may be certied according to any of following classification societies: DNV, BV, LRS, ABS, RS, GL, RINA, KR, NK or CCS.

The Std Line (standard) ACE pumps come in two executions; Lube Line and Fuel Line. The main differens is the shaft seal design, optimized for light duty and heavy duty respectivly. The pumps are used for handling non-aggressive fluid with sufficient lubricating properties.
When so required the Std Line ACE pump may be certified according to any of following classification societies: DnV, BV, LRS, ABS, RS, GL, RINA, KR, NK or CCS.

Priority Type Flow Dividers split a single input flow into a ‘Priority’ (regulated) flow and a ‘By-Pass’ (excess) flow which can be returned directly to the oil reservoir or used to power a second system. In many instances this dispenses with the need for another pump to operate a second system.

General
Dickow-pumps of series HZMR are sealless multistage horizontal centrifugal pumps, driven by a synchronous permanent magnetic coupling.
The containment shell is sealed by a confined gasket and separates the pumped liquid from the atmosphere. There are no leakage endangered dynamical shaft sealings available.
Due to the fact that 90% of pump failures are caused by leaking shaft seals, the sealless design increases the availability and reduces maintenance costs.
Field of application
HZMR-pumps are used in services where no seal leakage can be tolerated, when handling toxic, explosive and pollutive liquids and when the required differential heads are above the application range of single stage volute casing pumps.
The HZMR-pumps operate almost maintenance free, the service life is far longer than that of pumps with conventional mechanical seals.
The performance range covers capacities up to 200m3/h (880 USgpm) and differential heads up to 350mLC (1148 ft). The maximum operating temperature is approx. 200°C (392°F), allowable operating pressure is 40 bar.
