Diaphragm Saver:
The Diaphragm Saver travel stop is a standard feature on all sizes of Hayward Diaphragm Valves. Its special design prevents overcompression of the diaphragm and prolongs its service life.
No Corrosion Problems:
These valves have no wetted metal components. The valves will never fail because of corrosion and they do not require painting or epoxy coating to stand up to aggressive environments.
True Union Design:
Hayward Diaphragm Valves with socket or threaded connections have a true union design so that they can be removed from the line without having to disconnect piping connections. |

CARGO FOLD 700
The new CARGO FOLD 700 is completely folding. With this system, in case of transport and storage of empty containers, you shall earn 63% in volume: a stack of eight folded Cargo is the same height as three open ones. Available in polypropylene or polyethylene, both very resilient and sturdy.
No metal inserts at all, Cargo Fold is completely recyclable. Feet, runners, hinges and locking mechanism in black colour are immediately visible, and appear very nice with the grey or green walls and base. The Cargo, completely dismountable, allows the replacement of eventually damaged parts. Every wall can be fitted with card holder for an immediate identification of the content and can be personalized with the company logo.
A range ready for everything. 24 available variants developed for every application. With flat walls for industrial goods, or grilled for fruits and vegetables. With or without folding door. Equipped with 4 feet, or 2 runners, or 3 runners for heavy loads.

It is designed to transport mainly foil-wrapped PET-bottle bulk packs, full cartons or crates. This type of conveyor is used to prevent the fragile bottom part of a package from damage. The conveyor is made up of sheet-metal side plates connected by reinforcement elements, of a sliding guide and of a plastic plate conveyor belt on it. The belt plates have rollers on them. There is an adjustable railing or a sliding guide mounted on the side plates. The conveyor is equipped with height adjustable feet. In case that the product flow stops, the belt smoothly slides under the transported packages due to the rollers.
Application: For all usual types of cartons, foil-wrapped packages and plastic crates.
Speed: Up to 800 mm/s. |

The Conveyor System MBF-P 2040.02 with modular belting and cleanly integrated drive assemblies distinguishes itself with high load capacities even at narrow belt widths. The belting is positively driven and cannot deviate from its direction of travel.
As a result, parts may be discharged off the side of the conveyor. The belting material is
very low friction and extremely resistant to wear. With the selection of belting materials, this conveyor system has applications in the food industry, does well in higher temperature environments and has good chemical resistance.
