L-O-X energy isolation valves are designed to shut off the air supply and exhaust downstream air. This product can be locked and padlocked in closed position, and serves as an energy isolation device as defined by DIN EN 1037 "Safety – Machinery".
EEZ-ON valves are designed for a gradual buildup of downstream air pressure. This permits cylinders or other work elements to move slowly into their normal working positions before full line pressure is applied.
Consolidated L-O-X/EEZ-ON valves combine both pressure buildup and energy isolation functions. They can also be used as energy isolation devices as defined by DIN EN 1037 "Safety – Machinery".

The unique ELEVENT valve design with deep-drawn full stainless steel metal housing, modular assembly as well as interchangeable components offers an optimised protection for low pressure applications.

SAFETY VALVES
This series of switch valves have been developed due to the safety level that Gas installations with Low, Average and High pressure require. Called SHUT %u2013 OFF, they get operational immediately when a electrical power %u2013 off is detected, making impossible to conect them automatically %u2013 requiring the oversight of a Technician. A review of the Gas System must be done and latter reassemble the valve.
They are made with an iron body with coiled or binded connection of 1" to 3", and pressures from 0 to 5 kg/cm2.

Hydratron has many years of experience in designing and manufacturing Relief Valve Test Benches ( PSV Test Benches ) which are suitable for testing 1/2" up to 24" valves having screwed or flanged connections at pressure of upto 14,500 PSI ( 1,000 Bar ) using water or gas as the test medium.
Valves under test can either be hydraulically clamped or fastened to the test bed and safety shields are fitted to protect the operator.
Panel mounted test gauges monitor the pressure in the valve undergoing test and full data logging facilities can be provided which allow charts to be produced and test data to be stored for future reference.
Portable units can be supplied with fork lift pockets or mounted within containers complete with lifting tackle, work bench and vice.
Alternatively static units are available for installation in maintenance workshops or production lines.

Safety valve test station VC25SRV
The Ventil VC25-SRV safety (relief) valve test rig allows testing with air and liquid and is designed to comply with API-567 for flow design and API-527 for seat tightness testing. The VC25SRV features a hydraulic operated 3-claw clamping system, design for quick clamping of safety valves with flanged and thread connections.
The test unit can apply a clamping force of 25 metric tons and suitable to test valves in range 1/2"-10" The VC25SRV safety valve test rig has a build in accumulator to comply with the safety valve test standards.

Application:
Designed ESD system as per latest technical specifications and the actual working conditions. Apply to the effective control of SSV (surface safety valve), SCSSV (surface-controlled subsurface safety valve) and wing valves, etc.
Features:
Well opening via hand/electric/air-operated pump, meanwhile, it features pressure self-maintaining and automatic compensation, any pressure drop due to ambient temp drop or leakage, the accumulator will automatically compensate the pressure.
High & low pressure sensors are installed on the wellhead oil transmission line, in case of higher or lower pipeline pressure than the set value, the high and low pressure sensors will cut off the control circuit quickly, thus, the wellhead is turned off.
In case of a fire on the wellhead, the fusible plug will be melt when the ambient temperature is reaching the melting condition, so that to shut down the wells.
Automatic pressure relief. Surplus high pressure will be released to maintain the wellhead normal operation whenever temperature changes or mis-operation happened.
