The model 93 is a range of high specification yet low cost Double Block & Bleed Valves for instrumentation applications that are available in any combination of Ball or Needle Valve assemblies.
The units are available in a full range of materials and options to meet the individual user requirements. The compact slim line design enable them to be used in wide range of applications particularly where space and weight must be kept to an absolute minimum.
All valve assemblies are housed within the single forged barstock body whilst the end connections incorporate the valve sealing face to ensure a single piece of material up to and including the first Primary Isolation Valve.
The end connectors are available in choice of screwed, weld or custom connections that are pinned to prevent accidental removal. A full range of testing, certification and documentation can be provided to suit the individual project requirement.

The UPM pump by BELL is the right choice to operate continously or alternately single and double acting cylinders.
It is equipped with a retained control to work in standby for the pressurization of the circuit. The hand valve is a 4 way - 3 positions with open centre and standard CETOP 3 connection.

These general purpose valves are long lasting rugged reliable valves for any application. 50 Series valves are 1/8", 3 and 4-Way manual/mechanical valves, compact in size. The E-Series available in 1/4" ports is available with electric, manual/ mechanical and pneumatic actuators. The K-Series valve is a sand casted aluminum body available in 3/8" to 1" NPT ports with electric, manual, or pneumatic actuators. Especially conceived for pharmaceutical agribusiness industries and, hand drive operation, motorized electric and pneumatic, fast disassembling of the diaphragm for the operations of cleaning. Valves raclables and components for scraped lines
Solutions of multi-products transfer and cleaning in place of pipings consisting in moving a tight mobile called scraper inside a piping in order to allow a complete draining, a cleaning in place of the line or a separation of fluids - compatible or not - transferred in the same line.

The versatile and lightweight Type TLD Valve is typically used for processing light density materials such as foods and pharmaceuticals and on rotating and mobile equipment where weight is a concern. It is available in a range of cast and weldable alloys including 316 stainless steel and Hastelloy. The sanitary version of the TLD Valve has full interior and exterior polishes. ANSI and DIN drilling patterns are offered in addition to the Gemco standard pattern. The valve is offered for dust tight, full vacuum and low-pressure (1 bar) services. Common installations of the TLD Valve include inlet/outlet valves on rotating or stationary blenders and Intermediate Bulk Containers.

Gemco Airlocks are designed to control the flow of material between two atmospheres or pressures. They typically consist of two standard Type T Valves connected by an intermediate chamber and are often used instead of rotary feeders, which are prone to high maintenance and leakage of material and gases. Normal cycling varies from one to three times per minute. Slower cycling is possible and nominal material flows of one half to ten cubic feet per cycle are available. Chamber purge, sight glasses, clean-out ports, and automatic cycling controls are among the custom engineering options available.
