This is a compact and space saving valve of AMD, MMD 3-type, 4-type and
5-type which is popular as an air operated valve and manual valve for
chemicals used with high purity chemical liquid systems.
The performance and model variations are similar to the conventional
models. The diaphragm valve structure that eliminates the cause of
particle generation and the PFA forming body have been incorporated.
This product can be used widely for processes using chemicals and
pure water in IC manufacturing lines.

« SAK » stands for « Silo-AustragsKegel » , which means in English « Extraction cone valve for silo». The SAK is designed to control the discharge of powder or granulates out of silos.
The SAK is particullarly efficient in the following cases:
- For a « fast » silo discharge (high extraction capacity)
- For dosing the discharged powder or granulate
- For discharging a silo at different flow
- Garanty a proof closing of the silo (self closed without energy)
- For extracting and discharging “difficult” flowing powders
Working Principle:
- The cone valve is guided in a hopper located at the bottom of the silo
- The cone valve is lifted by a pneumatic bellows
- The adjustment of the opening is set by the stroke of the guiding rod one for all (basic version)
- The continuous adjustment is set by a pneumatic drive adjusting the stroke from 0 to 100% (dosing version)
- Dosing of the discharged product by adjustment of the opening of the cone valve versus the weight on scale, through an interface terminal IT 9000.

VARIVENT® double-seal valves type C have a one-part valve disk with a double seal. They are used for mixproof separation of incompatible media at flow path intersections within the pipe system. Double seal valves are the economical alternative to the generally used double-seat valves. The valve`s isolation chamber is equipped with two rinsing valves which are provided for leakage detection and cleaning of the isolation chamber itself. It is possible to clean the isolation chamber both separately and during pipe cleaning.

Brief introduction
BT-1000 was developed by Bettersize dedicated to determine the flowing properties of the ppowders. Whether flow or stay, powder is two-phase system. Intrinsic properties and collisions of particles will generate special flowing properties it is significant to study for powder processing, transport, packing, storage. This unit is characterized by multi-functions, easy operation, good repeatability, flexible test device to suit many standards. The success of the instrument provide a new measure for universal deployment of the powder integrative characteristics work.
It can test angle of repose, collapse angle, flat plate angle, dispersibility, bulk density and tap density, after that can obtain difference angle, compressibility, voidage, regularity & uniformity, also by Caar index user can get flowability index and jetting ability.
Standard test properties
1. Tap density: vibrate a container loaded with powder to fill up air gap among particles thus make powder more compact, in which means flowability and voidage are obtained. (Note: tap density of metallic powders are measured in conformity with related standard.)
2. Loose density: the density of powders, which fill a special container naturally. It is important for storage container and design of packing bags. (Note: loose densities of metallic powders are measured in conformity with related standard.)

Sizes 1″ X 2″ to 20″ X 24″. Actual orifice areas from 0.150 to 176.7 square inches.
Pressures from 15 to 6000 psig. Temperature range from -450° F to +1500° F. Steel
body and bonnet with stainless steel trim.
Optional balanced bellows design isolates working parts and top-works from fouling
or corrosive service, and nullifies the effects of back pressure on valve performance.
The “D” to “T” orifices meet API Standard 526 covering orifice areas and center-toface
dimensions. Super capacity types range from “W” (63.62 sq. in.) to “Z” (176.7
sq. in.) and have a maximum set pressure limit of 300 psig.
Optional materials of construction include complete 316 stainless steel, Monel®,
and Hastelloy® C. Also available with materials in compliance with NACE standards.
Higher temperature models use chrome moly body and bonnet.
Optional O-ring elastomer seat available for maximum tightness.
