The PRS6 is a three-way pressure reducing valve that has been developed to give reduced pressure in a particular part of the hydraulic system. The valve maintains the secondary pressure setting constantly, regardless of pressure variations on the primary side. Demand continues to mount for improved comfort conditioning combined with lower operating costs. New architectural designs have created real problems for contractors and engineers to maintain humidity control at reduced loads, and to control load variations. Refrigeration and air conditioning systems are usually designed to provide a given capacity at maximum conditions. These operate with little fluctuation throughout a narrow load range. However, only the larger size machines make any provisions for operation at reduced capacity. In some systems, integral cylinder unloading, the installation of a gas engine drive with variable speed control, or even multiple smaller systems, provide a logical solution.

Pneumatic pinch valves provide reliable flow control whenever a source of compressed gas is available. They typically have slower actuation times but higher pinching forces than solenoid valves, making them ideal for industrial dispensing, bulk fluid transfer, and vacuum operations.

The new air operated pinch valves- Type VMP Compact
The compact pinch valves were developed for the automatic shutt off and dosing of several bulk and solids, for example: powder, granule, paste, suspensions, pellets and fibrous medium.
Furthermore the VMP-Compact valves get used for the shut off of dust or compressed air.
The air operated pinch valves of the series VMP-Compact are available in seven diameters, (DN010-DN050) with standard internal pipe thread according to DIN ISO 228 or NPT and optional specifications.
A selection of three different materials made in POM (Polyoxymethylen) allows the VMP-compact pinch valves to be used on food (POM nature white) and outdoor (POM black) applications, also available in POM conductive for ATEX conformity.
