Ex.: Between housings and covers an electrically conductive welding assistance (Sieb) is inserted, that serves as resistor for the alternating voltage and which on the necessary fusing temperature brings the plastic one. During good interpretation of the adding zones the melt formation takes place to a large extent under conclusion of oxygen, so that a high welding factor is obtained.

The All Position Overlay System is designed for pulp digesters, boiler tube walls or any vessel or surface that requires overlay repair. The system will travel at a regulated, precise travel speed producing consistent uniform overlay patterns. A welding current sensor monitors and controls the torch arc length on pitted or irregular surfaces. The system can be customized for job specific applications on circumferences or flat walls and can be configured to handle a variety of operating windows. The whole system is portable and can be broken down into small pieces for moving through small manholes or openings.

The Gullco Moggy ® is a portable Friction-Drive Welding Travel Carriage, ideal for automatic horizontal fillet, lap and butt welding. It is guided by adjustable rollers that run along a horizontal work piece. It can also run on standard 6" (152.4mm) wide "V"- groove track when the wheels are reversed.
The carriage travels in a forward or reverse direction at precisely controlled speeds ranging from 6 to 115 in/min (15.2 to 292.2 cm/min) indicated on an LED readout. The system comes complete with automatic wire feed start with adjustable carriage delay start from 0 to 3 seconds and a travel limit switch assembly. Vertical and horizontal micro-slides provide accurate welding gun positioning and torch tilt.

DICTATOR furnishes a large range of doorclosers and related products. It offers also solutions for a lot of special and demanding applications.
Special door closer solutions
DICTATOR provides two special doorclosers especially for gates in fencings of industry plants, kindergardes, play grounds etc. The RTS tube doorcloser is virtually invisible due to the fact that it is built into the door or the gate. The DIRECT doorcloser is installed on the door / gate.
Floor springs: the DICTATOR WAB floor spring is the ideal solution for large, heavy and highly frequented hinged doors up to 600 kg. The fact that the complete interior is filled with oil assures a troublefree damping and closing and a extremely long life.
Back check
The DICTATOR back check with hydraulic damping for hinged doors, slows down the opening movement of the door before it reaches the open position and limits the opening angle of the door. It prevents damage to the door by providing a cushioning effectat the required angle and reduces the danger of injuries and accidents to persons. The back checks are available with and without adjustment.
Closing springs
DICTATOR closing springs can be either built into the doors or installed on the door, recommended to be used n combination with a DICTATOR door damper.
Swing door hinges: the Hawgood swing door hinges are available for different door thickness. Their special feature: due to their construction they swing the door leaf out of the passage thus leaving the largest possible passage way.
