The VFT 60/90 is an ex-proof fresh air heating and drying oven. The oven is electrically heated and designed according to the fresh-air-principle. Due to the small floor space required it is also suitable for installation in laboratories and in production departments. The advantages, e.g. no restriction on the volume of combustible solvents, suitable for solvents with the temperature classes T1, T2, T3, T4 in the explosion groups IIA and IIB, precise temperature uniformity in the whole working chamber.

The newly developed microwave system, VHM HEPHAISTOS, is an internationally patented system and characterised by a very high field homogeneity.
The high field homogeneity allows for the manufacture of high-quality CFC aircraft structures, for instance.
Advantages:
Reduction of production costs due to shorter heating, process and cooling times compared to conventional methods. Use of metal parts (e.g. metal tools and charging systems) possible in the microwave field
Specific volumetric heating of products; the furnace chamber itself is not heated
Sizes from laboratory up to large scale (e.g. aircraft industry) are available (working chamber volume of the shown systems 750 and 4200 ltr); other sizes upon request

Type VFT 60/90
Model VFT 60/90 is an explosion-proof drying oven of drying. The apparatus is heated with electricity and works with 100% of new air inlet permanently.
From reduced dimensions of its obstruction outside, it is very well adapted for the production, but also for work in laboratory.
With an almost unlimited capacity of combustible material filling it is adapted for solvents of the classes of temperature T1, T2, T3, T4 belonging to the groups of explosion IIA and IIB

Range VTUW
The quantity of combustible materials to put in these drying ovens of drying is almost unlimited.
These apparatuses can be installed in the zones E.G. 1 and 2 since the volume of foul air is supervised in a permanent way.
What eliminates the risk from an explosion. The VTUW is particularly adapted to solvents for the classes of temperature T1, T2, T3, T4 appropriate to the groups of explosions IIA and IIB. With these apparatuses, one can use coolants coming from other installations e.g.: warm water or vapor.

AUREL A206 Dryer/Curing Oven system
Description
The AUREL A206 dryer system is special designed for predrying of pastes in thick film technology.
Applications
• IR Drying of Thick Film pastes
• IR Curing of adhesives and polimeric pastes
Prior to being submitted to be firing process, substrates with screened-on inks/pastes must be predryed to evaporate the solvents.
Infrared heat is the only heating method available by which thick film pastes can be properly dryed with optimum results.
This is because infrared heat waves penetrate the material and dry the inside of the material first, then dry outwardly to the surface.
Convenction heat causes the outside of the paste to dry first forming a film through which it is difficult for the solvent within to pass.
The solvents actually become partially trapped and as they eventally are released cause cracks in the surface of the material.
Consequently the surface is irregular, resulting in reduced conductivity or inconsistent resistivity.
The new model A206 predrying oven was designed to prevent the problems outlined.
It's design criteria are based on extensive experience in thick film technology, to provide the user with a machine that assures optimum results.

Heating controller Elfatherm ME 50, ME 80
Elfatherm ME is used in heating systems with mix controllers.
The compact controller Elfatherm ME consists of a weather-dependent 3-point controller mounted on a servo-motor. It is ideal for retrofitting to existing systems.
ME 50 is particularly suitable for miniature mixers, e.g. the Minimix.
ME 80 is fitted with a universal mounting plate. This makes it possible to install it on all conventional mixers.

The PHPC is a computerized industrial control unit housed in a robust stainless steel container, designed for automatic and semi-automatic management of soldering cycles carried out using CEIA Power Cube Induction Generators.
The Controller, which comes with a basic set of eleven predefi ned programs, allows an unlimited number of personalized heating and soldering cycles to be entered according to the user's requirements.
The PHPC's programming language has been optimized for implementation of heating cycles, and is therefore characterized by maximum conciseness, reading clarity and ease of modification.
The selection of the parameters and the choice of commands are made via menu windows, using either a mouse or selection keys on the front panel of the controller.

INHECO Single TEC Control (STC)
The INHECO Single TEC Control (STC) is a compact plug & play temperature and RPM controller for the use with INHECO’s CPAC and temperature controlled shaking devices. The controller box includes a temperature controller with high accuracy, a device connector slot, a touch display, a wide-range power supply for worldwide use, an USB interface, a rugged housing and a RPM controller for shaking operations.The STC can be individually equipped with a controller slot for the CPAC devices or with a controller slot for temperatur controlled shakers. The device slot can be exchanged easily, giving maximum flexibility. The STC can be either operated manually using the touch screen, or through an USB interface. The soft- and firmware of the controller allows programming of complex temperature and shaking sequences.
Application Areas
The STC is mostly used together with the principal INHECO heating/cooling/shaking units in/on robotic platforms and systems in Lab Automation. The purpose is to form temperature controlled areas, which offer direct and easy access by robotic grippers and pipetting heads. The STC is designed for the use in fundamental research, drug discovery, clinical research and diagnostics in the Life Science market. The STC is also prepared for use in customer IVD applications.

INHECO Single TEC Control STC
INHECO has launched the STC, a compact high precision controller for managing single INHECO CPAC or shaker devices. The STC can be equipped optionally with slots for CPACs or shakers. The slots can be exchanged easily giving maximum flexibility. The STC can be operated manually using the touch screen display or through the USB interface. The soft- and firmware of the controller allows programming of complex temperature and shaking sequences. The STC uses basically the same firmware as its sister Multi TEC Control (MTC), so no additional integration work is required. Both STC and MTC are prepared for use in customer IVD applications.
Together with the MTC, the STC completes the replacement of the current controller TEC Control 96, which will be phased out by early 2010.
